Everything you read in the description is spot on. Honestly it was even BETTER than the description. Super clean and easy to communicate. The water park (usually $30 per per son day but INCLUDED in your stay) was a blast and the on site restaurant was terrific. The beach was literally a 6 minute walk. They also supplied everything you need for the beach. The room itself was great in that you had everything you would need for the week. Other bonus was the washer/dryer in the room. We give this host a space a 10/10!!! Highly recommend and would go again and again.

I had a very nice stay at this lovely little Airbnb. The place had everything I needed and was perfect for a solo trip or for couples looking for a peaceful getaway. It's located in a super calm area, which made it ideal for unwinding and recharging. The pool was just a short walk away and was always clean and well-maintained—a great bonus for relaxing in the sun. The host’s parents live next door and were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth both before and during the stay, which I really appreciated. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend it!

We loved our stay at Tom’s place. He was an awesome host and extremely helpful. Perfect place to come back to. It is two flights of stairs if you are staying on top , which was fine for us.

This house was so cute and nicely stocked. It is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. It is loud at times during the night as it’s close. Easy to check in, lots of information, easy to follow directions and host is friendly and very responsive.

Cascades place was terrific. Great location near restaurants, beautiful property and gorgeous sunsets. Chickens and kitty were just a bonus. would highly recommend staying here.

Everything went smoothly. The renter communicated very well. The place was kept clean and had some extra amenities as well like snacks and drinks.

We really enjoyed staying at Nathan's place! Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some local restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, and we had everything we needed in a neat little package. We were only there a couple nights but the house was the crash pad we needed. Exceeded expectations!

Everything was perfect. Bibisch was extremely helpful and took care of everything I needed. I will definitely be back to stay for my next visit because it was so lovely and convenient, and the room is so clean and comfortable. I can't recommend staying here enough! Its so close to the beach and has a wonderful pool, and the location is fantastic for walking to everything. Be prepared for a lovely stay when you book this place 🥰

We loved our stay here, the community is so kind and the location is beautiful, we walked down to the pier every evening to watch the sunset!

Breathtaking! That is what the view is from this room. We absolutely loved the view from the balcony and spent each evening watching gorgeous sunsets. Everything was as expected and having the beach stuff available was definitely a plus. We even donated some noodles and a couple of beach chairs. Having the outdoor grill on site was so nice and we used it more than once. The only real issue we had was the front door was very damaged (there was a crack all the way around the frame that you could see through) which made the lock not seem secure and there was no deadbolt. We also had issues getting to the pool as the code we were given was wrong, but we got help from others staying there and it all worked out. I would suggest maybe a guest book with passwords, pool codes, food delivery services & numbers, etc be printed out and available for guests so they don't have to rely on their phone. All in all it was a wonderful trip and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely.

This place was perfect for us: great location and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, if I ever need to go back to Tampa, I would not hesitate to stay at this place.

Cottage decor fit right in for the area. Ideal location - close to the Beaches, St. Petersburg and great restaurants. Her guidebook was very helpful and spot on. If we are in the area again, would definitely stay there.

This is our second year at Rich's place. We love the layout of this unit. Nice and roomy with generous sized bedrooms. We love that we can entertain our guests in comfort. This unit is on the first floor so we really enjoyed having coffee on the patio and watching the golfers go past.
