We've just returned from our stay at Wendell's unit at Treasure Cay Beach villas, and had a great time. Proximity to the beach, pool, cafe and convenience store were awesome. The unit was clean and well-stocked, perfect for the two of us. We ate at Treasure Sands Club and Sunset Pizza, both were great. We'll be back!

Great host, and a great place to stay, conveniently located in the center of the island. Highly recommend!

John's communicated well and his condo was a great fit for our family vacation. We hope to return soon.

Our stay at Molly’s place was more than we could ask for. Great location close to Bahama Beach Club and the access to the boat slip was great. The entire condo was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. Can’t beat the view from the balcony. Molly was super accommodating and quick to respond. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!

We were so happy with our stay, we wish we stayed longer. The home was clean and spacious. We were able to check in early and explore. We found a great restaurant close by and were able to find snacks and water at the market. It was spotless and the AC was a gift. The beds were so comfortable. We were so happy after long flights. It was a little far from stores so having a car would help. We would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for being so responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!!

Christy was an amazing host and was very responsive to communications. The property was hygienic, the amenities abundant, and in pristine condition. If you're looking for some time in paradise, the area is amazing and will fulfill your needs.

We packed a lot of family into this house, and it worked. We had a great time. The sunroom provides a quiet escape from the great room. The guest house out back became the spot for nappers in the afternoon. The walk to Ocean Beach was so easy that the big kids were comfortable going back and forth solo within a day or two (to go between family at the house and on the beach). The kitchen worked well for us. The basic dry goods (spices, oil) helped us throw together dinner for a hungry crowd within minutes of arriving. Overall, GTC was chill and lovely, and this house was the perfect home for our visit. Billy and Erin were friendly and helpful, making it that much better throughout.

If you are considering this property, book it! It's amazing!! From the location and the views, the helpfulness and kindness of Roben, to the perfectly laid-out interior- this property is PERFECT! Both the owner (Matt) and the property manager (Roben) were communicative, kind, and quick to respond. Roben picked us up from the airport and got us a car. The house has everything you need in terms of amenities. The location is close to restaurants, stores and the marina. Very safe and relaxing! I would love to come back here! Extraordinary!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was walking distance to the beach and a very short golf cart ride to a beach we called "The Point." The king size beds in all the bedrooms were really appreciated. Geoffrey was very informative and responsive to us if we needed anything. The water pressure was very weak in the entire house. This was likely out of the owner's control, but it did make showering and doing dishes difficult. The kitchen could also use some bowls (there were none), baking sheets, and a few other cooking utensils (spatula, cooking spoons). It would also be nice if there were beach chairs for renters' use. We made it all work with what we had though. The dock at the house was large and had deep water, so it was perfect for our boat! All in all, we had a great stay at this very nice and clean home.

Margo was a wonderful hostess. She was wonderful in communicating with us and very supportive when it came to making sure we had everything we needed. Her home was perfect for our family and it was such a pleasure to be able to spend quality time together. Our family loves to cook, and the kitchen was very accommodating. I definitely recommend anyone who needs space and a beautiful relaxing view to consider staying at “Cutter’s Landing”. It truly is paradise

This was our first experience in the area, but this seemed to be a very good value for the rate. Nothing fancy, but a quiet area with everything necessary to get the kids to the beach and keep them happy. Neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. Not high-end furnishings and a few things were rough around the edges (holes in screens, older outdoor furniture, ect), but again, absolutely everything necessary was there and cleanliness was good. The little store across the road is surprisingly well stocked and only a few steps away. (Soap, snacks, cooking basics, meds) We recommend getting a Goombay punch with the kids and watching the boats. We would stay again!

Blue Crab Villa was perfect for our stay. We came to visit in laws and needed some extra space to crash at night. The home was fully stocked with everything you needed but not too much. Thoughtful things such as coffee, creamer, soap for washer, beach towels, sunblock plus more were all provided. The blue crab knobs on the cabinets really gave the home a unique feel. The grounds were well maintained and the beach/pool was a quick walk. We appreciated chairs at the beach and the seaweed being picked up. We had a small hiccup with the plumbing that the host was responsive and quick to rectify. We would return if Back in the area.

Paul’s Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and located in a stunning beachside setting. The comfort of the home made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day on the island. Paul was an exceptional host—proactive, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. From the moment we booked, he provided great recommendations for food, groceries, transportation rentals, and ferry options, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. His hospitality truly made a difference, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here—thank you, Paul, for making our trip so enjoyable!

It couldn’t have been more perfect! Bahama Beach Club is beautiful and the location of the condo on the property is fantastic! The condo was like brand new with the finest of furnishings. Matthew called me ahead of my stay to answer my questions and share island recommendations which was incredibly kind and helpful. 100% would stay again and would recommend to others!

My stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The condo was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. The Ed and his wife were extremely accommodating and provided great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The location was perfect, close to many shops and cafes. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Marsh Harbor, Abaco Bahamas area.

Alan’s condo is very convenient and the dock was right outside the door, with dock lines available for use. Everything in the unit was fresh and new. I would highly recommend, especially if you come by boat, or plan to rent a boat from Treasure Boat Rentals.

The pictures do not do this place justice with fantasic views views from any window! Well furnished and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend for a nice relaxing beach vacation stay!
