Enjoyed our short stay Kelly was lovely as I got dates muddled up she was very accommodating considering it was my mistake. Very clean , beautiful garden , very dog friendly, there’s nothing we didn’t like , Thank you so much

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was very easy and the host met us and showed us around the area and apartment. We liked having so much space and the home was very cosy and smelled nice. Towels and linens were very clean and comfy, and the kitchen is well stocked. The best thing of all was the location we were close to everything, tube station is right outside the door. Avoid traffic entirely and take the Uber boat from right outside the flat! Battersea Power Station is a lovely walk away and is fantastic. Nice restaurants two minutes away and right on the river. We had a great stay thank you very much.

A lovely top floor flat right on the High Street and close to the beach. We had a glitch checking in, but this was swiftly fixed. Great location so long as you're happy to climb stairs, and don't mind a little bit of noise on a Saturday night

Sea View is a comfortable flat which is in a perfect location for visiting family in the Southend area or exploring this part of Essex. The flat has a lovely view across to the River Thames estuary. The flat has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom with hot shower and a comfortable lounge / dinning room. The flat is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is parking for a small car with off road free parking for something bigger. The flat is easy to access with clear instructions for the key pad and with using the heating etc. The flat is in a good location for many tourist attractions in the area and within walking distance of local shops, pubs and the shore line. Trevor is a very helpful host who provided lots of information and advice prior to our visit. He was very understanding when we reported an minor accident to a furnishing and we resolved the issue amicably. Thanks Trevor and our apologies.

Beautifully appointed and spacious property with shops and cares nearby. Approx 1 mile from pier but a very pleasant walk. Located in a quiet pretty street. High standard decor, furnishings and cleanliness, we loved it. Sonya was very responsive and helpful. Great value for money and highly recommended.

Fantastic little apartment minutes from all amenities. Very secure car park so I wasn't concerned for the security of my van overnight. The block is on a busy road and the traffic noise is noticeable if you are used to a quiet night. TV had all the apps so you can watch whatever you want to. Bar and grill directly below the apartment block does an amazing burger too. Will definitely book again next time I am working in the area.

Lovely modern clean apartment . Very handy if you want to see something at the cliffs pavilion. As just around the corner . Close to Southends main strip . Every need catered for . Only thing missing was a bistro table and chairs on the balcony . Enjoyed our stay

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

A well situated bungalow, within walking distance to a beach (with a play area) and only a short walk to a large co-op. The property itself is tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout like the different types of firmness with the pillows, Netflix account already set up, welcome gift for us and the kids. We were a family of four and there was plenty of space, with a sizeable garden for the kids to run about whilst we enjoyed sitting on the patio. Would definitely return.

Beautiful lockside property, amazing location with two great pubs right across the way. House was nice and cosy when we arrived and the heating was great all weekend long. We especially loved the conservatory where we at our breakfast in the sun. Perfect for dogs and lots of beautiful walks nearby. Would definitely return in summer. Great stay thank you

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

This is the second time staying at the cosy palm and once again didn’t disappoint. The place is spotlessly clean with lots of attention to detail. The welcome pack a lovely touch and much appreciated. Great communication from Emma. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be returning.

A couple travelled with two teenagers, a toddler and an elderly. Frida's place was perfect for our group. The living room was big enough for all of us, especially for our toddler to run around. Comfortable kitchen with good size stove & fridge. Dining room w sufficient space for 6 of us. We cooked almost every day. However, the upstairs bathroom can be cold in winter and the shower water pressure is a bit lacking, so we end up using the downstairs bathroom most of the time, which was a good bathroom w good pressure and temp. Comfortable and clean beds. Complete amenities. Good wardrobes w enough space for 2 weeks worth of clothes. The cottage is also walkable (15-20mins) to Hampstead High St and Heath, much to our delight! My mother-in-law ws so happy w the place, she suggested to return here whenever we are back in London. Happy to! A tip: the downstairs bedroom w double bed is more suitable for elderlies and those w young children due to the space and access to bathroom.

Mark is a great host with a well presented property. Very comfortable throughout with all the amenities we needed. Having broadband/wi-fi at the property was fantastic too! We will definitely return.

The home was deceiving from the outside, upon entering the property has a lovely airy, homely feel to it with plenty of space. We really liked the decor and lay out of the home. We had a lovely couple of days staying here and it’s situated i a great location to walk to the beach and surrounding parks for the children.

Great location, very well equipped kitchen, lots of seating, great layout, good outside space and very comfortable beds with good quality linen . We would definitely return.

We had a fantastic family stay at 3A Seaforth Road in Southend. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. It was great having a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room for the kid to play and unwind. The location is ideal – close to the beach, parks, and local shops, but still peaceful and quiet at night. Parking was easy, and the host was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely come back for another family break and highly recommend it to other families visiting the area!

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

I stayed in this flat with my family, I was nice and clean flat with all the essential appliances, there is also a beautiful backyard. the area was so peaceful and walkable with alot of amenities, also it is near to beach walk with amazing view. thank you Chris & Hilary ⚘️⚘️ for your comfortable guesting and unlimited help and support. I would recommend this flat for anyone come to enjoy the beach in Southend-On-Sea and having fun.

Had a great stay at this apartment, was spotless and very nicely designed. The location is brilliant. A nice square full of restaurants, pubs and right on the Thames. Good communication throughout from James.

Claudia and Leon are great hosts very responsive and trying their best to accommodate. They have been great. There are some issues, but the host were pretty keen to resolve them. Great location.

It was our first time in Southend. We loved the flat, it was nice and cozy and the outdoor space was a plus. Daria was very friendly and responsive, very good communication throughout. Location was central, in walking distance to the train, the pier, the beach. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. We had a great time. Thank you!
