Jonathan was a great host - even coming to meet us from the bus stop when there was a road closure & arranging a late check out at no extra cost. The flat is brilliantly positioned for food shopping & public transport & is quiet, spotlessly clean & well equipped. The communal staircase definitely needs redecorating but that didn’t bother us once we were inside the flat, as it was so cosy & homely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Jonathan.

Ideal place to get to work - beautiful location, friendly locals, will definitely be back

We had a wondeful weekend in Edinburgh and the apartment did not disappoint. The location is ideal, close enough to the main sites, but still private and quiet. Paul left some essentials in the apartment, which was much appreciated. The apartment felt bigger than on the pictures and had great touches, from original features to modernised fixtures.

I was very pleased with my stay in Edinburgh! Valentina’s place was lovely and in a convenient location for exploring the city along with all it has to offer. I had a great experience.

An immaculate and modern living space located in beautiful countryside with spectacular views. The building is very light and modern with a lovely private garden and seating area with BBQ. Living space is fantastic, kitchen is very well equipped and bed was super comfy. Very good water pressure in the shower as well! Was nice to have a separate dining space. Host was very responsive and accommodating. If you plan on using the second bedroom it may be worth mentioning it to the host before you arrive as this was not made up for us. We would definitely return to this place. And definitely try to improve our tennis!

Beautiful and very spacious appartement with direct access to the beach. We very much enjoyed walking on the beach and exploring the charming region with highlights such as St. Andrews, Crail, St. Monans, Anstruther, Falkland, Dumfernline, which are all close by. Only 1 hour from Edinburgh Airport. Shona is a very attentive and kind host and she provided us impressively quickly with wood, torches, candles and power banks after a power cut in the town, thereby contributing to a romantic evening before the fireplace. We would definitely come back another time.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Bo’ness. Het huis was comfortabel, schoon en volledig uitgerust. Het voelde meteen als thuis. De locatie is top: rustig, maar met supermarkten en een pub met lekkere, huisgemaakte gerechten op loopafstand. Met onze 2 tienerzonen genoten we van de mooie omgeving: wandelingen, fietstochten en uitstapjes naar Stirling, Edinburgh en zelfs de Highlands. De hosts waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op de dag van vertrek verraste de eigenaar ons zelfs met verse broodjes, aardbeien en water voor onderweg – zo attent! Een geweldige plek om te verblijven en een perfect vertrekpunt om Schotland te ontdekken. Aanrader! Gijs & Marian

No better location! Walking up to the apartment you’re greeted with a gorgeous view of the castle, so many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance - it was the perfect home base. The size of the space and amenities were ideal to enjoy the weekend with my friend. Gavin was also super responsive friendly and to all messages.

The place was great and surrounded with good restaurants and coffee shops. was the perfect place to stay as we went to the zoo and the buses were just round the corner. Definitely recommended for anyone staying in Edinburgh.
