A company, relocation or holiday home with all the facilities you would expect in a home with no compromises. Linen included. Double glazed windows at the front of the home. The home has two toilets. The Beach is across the road at the end of the cul-de-sac. The home is right in the middle of Henley and Grange Jetty at 458 Seaview Road - Get the best of both worlds. Note: 4th bedroom is actually a sunroom running up off bedroom 3 - ideal for young children- only room with no Airconditioning-fan

A newly built, modern, self contained flat behind the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen TV, separate lounge area with large flat screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.

Luxury Beach House minutes walk from Grange Beach

A modern home located 5 minutes walk from Grange beach , hotel, cafes & restaurants . It has high ceilings throughout the house with a large living area that opens out into the alfresco area. There is a train or bus takes you into the city & it's a short walk to Henley square which has lots of eaterys. There is a nice outdoor area to enjoy and a laneway entrance, where you can park two cars comfortably in the double garage. I have recently upgraded to Telstra premuim wifi in Oct 2022.
