Vancie's Cottage is a great example of the way life used to be. Simple, uncomplicated, everything right there in front of you at face value. This cottage has been updated for your comfort, with a nice kitchen, comfortable dining room, bathroom with all new fixtures, including washer and dryer. An airy and original porch to sip a cold drink on, trying to come up with words to describe the amazing Adirondack sunsets. Clean, clear water on the main part of Lake Champlain, new aluminum dock too!

Newly constructed (July 2024) centrally located charming cottage with lake views on the east shore of Grand Isle. Step out your front door and enjoy a walk, run or bike ride along the quiet scenic road that winds along Lake Champlain. Includes 5 x 7 lockable cedar storage shed with beach chairs, cooler and room for bikes and extra gear. Offering lake views only, this property is not lakefront. Free public town beach is approximately 2 miles down the road, see last 2 photos in photo tour.

Chazy on the Lake

Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if needed. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.

Located on Lake Champlain, this cottage has spectacular lake and sunset views. Perfect for relaxing, fishing, water sports, golfing, and also to use as a home base for fun day trips. Enjoy the sunroom which overlooks the beautiful lake, the nearby Alburgh Sand Dunes State Park and Alburgh Golf Links, and St. Anne's Shrine and the ancient coral reefs on Isle LaMotte. Dogs are welcome, but require Owner approval and payment of a $85 per dog per trip fee, maximum of 2 dogs.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy beautiful sunsets over Lake Champlain with views of the Adirondacks. It's a quick 30 minute drive to downtown Burlington. The islands have a great variety of restaurants and breweries all within a 5-10 minute drive. For avid bicyclists, the cottage is about 9 miles from the Island Line Trail parking area, which is where the ferry to the Lake Champlain Causeway is, and then it’s another 10 miles on the bike path to Burlington's waterfront park.

Lake swimming beach, hiking, and a winery area all nearby!
