27 foot 5th wheel camper on brook-side private site. The brook is just outside the door. Camper is ideal for a couple with queen bedroom/bathroom. There is small fold out couch for 1 or 2 people (a full). Camper has water, electricity, heat/ac, grill, fridge/freezer. NO SEPTIC to camper but an outhouse is available. Short Queen Master bedroom. Open kitchen/eating/living room area. Bedding will be provided for queen bed. Access to shared brook side patio with wading hole just steps away. No pets.

Our campground is located on a beautiful open field, shared with other campers. There are 14 communal fire pits and picnic tables, 3 composting toilets, as well as 3 portalets and a swimming hole in the brook alongside the property. We also have potable water at our brand new well house on the field. Tents/car camping is ideal. This campground is not designed for pop-ups/RVs.
