Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus war makellos sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight – perfekt, um sich nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen zu entspannen. Der Blick auf die Berge war atemberaubend und sorgte für eine herrliche Atmosphäre. Mit dem Fahrrad war der Strand schnell erreichbar, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für alle, die Ruhe suchen, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Strand und Natur sein möchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Nice place in a quiet area, has all the amenities you would need. Wifi is solid and was a good place to post up to work a little bit if needed.

Ein traumhafte Villa. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Lage und Ausstattung Top. Bis auf ein paar kleine fehlende Ausstattungen die wohl durch eine Vorgänger Gruppe zerstört worden waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Bilder halten was sie versprechen und die Kommunikation war direkt und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Fabulous house inside and outside. Huge space, pristine house in very way. The pool table is a proper size and of very high standard. We loved the pool, hammocks and outside table tennis table. The bedrooms were large, great supply of towels and beach towels. The house was perfect for teenagers, especially with the many bikes provided. Basketball provided which was my son used in nearby Nin and my other son was able to access a gym every day in Nin also. We all agreed this was a super house and loved the sauna also. This is a big space and hotel standard. The house is private with lockable gates, and is in a lovely quiet location, perfect for cycling. Nearby cycle or quick drive to Plodine supermarket for shopping or in the village there is a Tommy Market. Christina and her brother in law were always on hand to help with any questions and we highly recommend staying here.

Dom jest taki jak na zdjęciach:) do morza jest bardzo blisko (parę kroków) mimo, że droga przez mapy Google pokazuje inaczej :) super basen z ciepłą wodą, sauna dwuosobowa na piętrze i jacuzzi na dachu to jest to czego potrzeba do wypoczynku :) czuliśmy się tam bardzo dobrze. kuchnia wyposażona super, 4 łazienki dzięki czemu każdy miał swoją prywatność, 5 sypialni więc miejsca nie brakuje :) mamy nadzieję, że jeszcze do Was wrócimy :) Polecamy!

It was soo peaceful. Everything was like on the pictures and even bigger than expected. We had so much space and possibilities to enjoy our time at the Airbnb. Highly recommend it!

Klare Empfehlung für jeden, der in ruhiger Gegend mit Familie oder Freunden eine gute Zeit verbringen möchte! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Damir und seiner Frau war sehr einfach.

Amazing villa, some 200 meters from the beach and centre of the village (where you can find grocery stores, fish market, coffee place etc). The place itself is very quiet, all the decriptions are accurate, everything was very clean. Would come back immediately

Das Haus ist mindestens genau so schön, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Der Strand ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Gastgeber ist total freundlich und jederzeit zu erreichen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Mala war super! Es war alles vorhanden, was für den Aufenthalt benötigt wurde. Die Region ist gerade am aufstreben, daher gab es ein paar Baugeräusche. Die Sauna, der Pool und der Sportbereich waren perfekt. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Sehr schönes, großes, sauberes Haus. Wir waren mit allem rund um zufrieden. Toller Pool, mit einer schönen Außenanlage. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind super aufgeteilt und schön eingerichtet. Sascha ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn man fragen hat. Das Haus liegt nur ein paar Minuten vom Königsstrand, der wunderschön ist. Zwei drei Restaurants und Bars gibt es dirkt im Ort, sowie einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Eisdiele und ein Kantor. Trotz der ersten beiden Regentage konnten wir die Zeit super im Haus nutzen. Dank des Kicker und Billardtisches usw. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Saschas Haus!

Villa bardzo ładna i komfortowa, duże sypialnie, salon, część jadalna, taras. Czysto i przyjemnie. Lokalizacja ok. Niestety w czasie naszego pobytu trwał remont ulicy co niestety powodowało że było dość głośno. Gospodyni bardzo elastyczna i przyjazna. Ogólnie oceniany wyjazd bardzo pozytywnie.

Vřele doporučujeme všem. Ubytování je mnohem lepší než na fotografiích. Úžasné posezení venku, ideální pro skupinu lidí, kteří rádi tráví čas spolu. Výborná komunikace s hostitelem, nebyl problém s jakoukoli domluvou - od doporučení na zajímavá místa v okolí až po místní kuchyni. Skvělá zábava v čistém v bazénu. Vila má dobrou lokalitu pro okolní výlety a to jak s dětmi, tak pro skupinu dospělých lidí. Všude je to kousek - jak do Zadaru, tak do obchodů, či na pláže. Při příjezdu nás čekalo překvapení v podobě koláče na uvítanou. Hostitel byl v případě potřeby vždy nadstandardně nápomocný. Rádi se vrátíme.

Antonio was a fantastic host and exceptionally helpful. The apartment was beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. Each bedroom has an en-suite which made a massive difference to our group. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee machine and pods were such a lovely gesture from the host but the pool and patio area was the best bit for us. We used uber to and from the town most of the time as it is a reasonable distance to walk.

Ana's place was perfect for our family of 8. We had two pre-teen girls in the living room and it worked out perfect for them. The bedrooms were for the rest of the family. The highlight was the pool. We all needed a day of rest from our travelling and this was the perfect place to read, swim, and enjoy life for the adults and the kids. In the late afternoon, it was a quick taxi-ride to the city center where we enjoyed the sea organ, the Roman ruins, a beautiful dinner and an even more beautiful sunset on the Adriatic. Ana was quick to respond and take care of a wasp issue by the pool when we first got in. We all recommend this home for your stay in Zadar!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir sind mit Hund und Kind angereist und hatten von Anfang an eine super Eindruck. Die Unterkunft ist eingezäunt, sodass es mit dem Hund kein Problem war. Ana und co waren sehr aufmerksam und haben und in der Küche ein paar Leckereien nach der langen Fahrt da gelassen. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet, sodass man wirklich gut entspannen konnte während es gleichzeitig nie langweilig wurde. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit eigenem Bad ausgestattet, was bei drei Parteien für sehr viel Privatsphäre in einem gemeinsamen Urlaub führt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet, v.a. auch mit vielen Bade- und Geschirrtüchern. Mit Pool, Sportraum, Baskettballkorb und Tischtennisplatte hatte man immer was zu tun. Die Verfügbarkeit von Terrasse mit Liegen, Grillplatz, zwei Sitzflächen draußen und einer großen Rasenfläche mit schönen Obstbäumen und Blick auf das Meer in der Ferne mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen war toll. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Ana’s vila is amazing! The vila is very spacious, perfect for a big group. The pool and outdoor is great, as well as the outdoor kitchen and bbq area. Ana is also great in communaction, responds quickly and was there to greet us when we arrived. Would recommend this vila!!

We’ve had an amazing week! The villa is more gorgeous than in the photos. It was well equipped, clean and easy access to the old town (we used Ubers which were only £4.50 each way). The pool and garden were gorgeous and were sunny all through the day. Extra touches such as pool towels being supplied and the use of the BBQ really added to the experience. You can tell there is a lot of care and dedication put into the garden and house. We would stay again anytime and are sad to leave. Thank you so much.

Magnifique villa en plein cœur du village. Tout est accessible à pied, le port et la baignade ainsi que les restaurants. La vue de la villa est magnifique. Tout est calme mais avec une petite vie de village très agréable. La maison est même mieux que sur les photos, très bien décorée, propre et très bien équipée. La piscine et la terrasse sont parfaites, avec des transats et parasols. Slava et son mari ont été au top pendant notre séjour, hyper réactifs à nos questions et avec plein de bons conseils sur l’île et les lieux à visiter. Vraiment une villa que nous recommandons car tout est parfait.

We had a really great time whilst staying in Anias Villa! Ania was able to let us check-in late (after midnight), which was very kind because our flight arrived late. Her son welcomed us very friendly and the communication leading up to our check-in was very informative and quick. He gave us great tips regarding Zadar and nice places within the town. The check-in into the house was very easy and the parking situation is very good (2 places infront of the house, one in the garage). Everything was exactly as described on airbnb. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper and bedding (even additional ones) and cleaning was very easy using the modern washing machine. The pool had a great temperature and the handling of the sauna and whirlpool is also very easy and intuitive. Staying in the house was very lovely in general due to the nice decor and many possibilities within the house. Ania even let us stay until the evening on our checkout day for free, since the villa was free on the next day!

Really nice place to stay for a group of people looking to spend time relaxing and enjoying the villa. (But also only a short Uber to the city centre as well!) The place was nicer than the photos and all the activities/amenities were better than we expected. Really enjoyed staying here and we would definitely come again.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen. Das direkte Nachbargrundstück ist in deutscher Hand und wird nicht vermietet, sondern nur vom Eigentümer und dessen Verwandtschaft genutzt. Diese sind äußerst umgänglich. Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Alexej spricht sehr gut deutsch, hilft und unterstützt wo er kann. Da er selbst nicht vor Ort ist, sind seine Mitarbeiter im Zweifel zügig vor Ort und unterstützen wo sie nur können (wohnen im gleichen Ort). Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.
