Queen bedroom with access to patio and wooded backyard, (owner's favorite!) Bunkroom with comfortable oversized full bed on bottom, twin on top. Well supplied kitchen. Outdoor grill. 20 minute drive to skiing. Restaurants and groceries are just a short drive away. Washer and dryer This home is along the school bus route. Roads are usually plowed and well maintained. Bring towels for the hot tub Dogs considered. Due to allergies, no cats, please.

The property is located on the Sandy River, stroll along the banks, easily walk 200' to the waters edge. The neighborhood is set amongst tall fir trees and a wonderful mix of quiet older homes, A relaxing hot tub is just outside the master bedroom, on 1 of our spacious decks. Holidays require 3or4 night min stay. This is a NON-SMOKING house. We welcome your pets, $40 fee for each pet.
