The best views and location! We loved our stay at 12 Brendon Court, amazing views of the sea AND fantastic location! The surf was never far away with Fistral and Towan only a short walk away. For apres surf, coffee cake and town are also super close. The flat has everything you ever need and the wifi is really good! Make sure you book the sauna on Fistral, it’s magical! Best holiday ever, who would have thought, in February in Cornwall!!

Fantastic studio very spacious and well decorated. Location was fab with full sea views no need to use a car ! The studio was well equipped for chilled evenings in with a view, bathroom was pristine slipper bath amazing ! Paul was a great host very responsive. Definitely be back !

Lovely apartment. Perfect location for exploring Newquay on foot and for local attractions. Apartment is large and the beds were comfy. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Bonus little swimming pool in the complex, which our little kids loved. Thanks, Marcus!

This was my first time in Plymouth since moving from England to the U.S., visiting family who just relocated here. The apartment was better in person—I’m usually skeptical after being misled by online photos before, but this one exceeded expectations. Clean, secure, and close to key landmarks. As someone who worked in hospitality, I value good service over fancy facilities, and the host delivered. He communicated clearly, checked in during my stay, and was quick to respond. I mixed up the checkout time with another booking and was still there when housekeeping arrived. I felt bad, but they were very professional and didn’t make it awkward at all, even though it likely affected their schedule. Great service, great stay. I’d definitely book again.

This was our 2nd stay here. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much . Views are beautiful. Accommodation was excellent. Definitely come again and recommend

From the moment I stepped inside, it was instantly liveable. No complications with appliances, easy to find, read and use internet sign-in information. Very clean home yet felt cozy and not clinical. A little noise from neighbours but very quiet and peaceful 99% of the time. Beautiful garden to look at and a whole lot of wild birds flying past made it feel even more special. Pet friendly and would definitely recommend to anyone interested.

We loved the apartment. It was just what we wanted. Great view, walking distance to everything and parking. Easy to find, great directions and simple check in. comfortable, clean and well equipped. definitely stay again.

What more can l stay !! Lovely apartment..home from home .Everything you want and need. Lovely views of the sea and the beach. Easy walking distance to everything buses, trains and ferry . Beautiful Looe ..Loved every minute even if the weather wasn't very kind to us !!!! But we managed to have 2 glorious days of sunshine to do the coastal walk to Polperro. Cosy yet spacious house for family of 4, felt right at home. Great location to explore the local area and just off the high road for easy access into town. Steven was very quick to respond to any queries and also checked in to see if everything was OK. Great stay.

We based ourselves in this little house for a 5 day stay. It’s perfectly located in order to reach everywhere in the western corner of Cornwall. We even flew over to The Scilly Isles for the day, which was magical. The house is clean and comfortable exactly as described and it had everything we needed including crisp white bedding!

Stayed at Sam's place for 4 nights during family trip to Cornwall during Easter term holidays. The house is big, neat and having off-road parking. would definitely stay again as it's near to many places by car.

Well maintained house with garden and terrace. Very spacious and can comfortably accommodate seven guests. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances are brand new. We encountered some problems during our stay but Tom has been very responsive and easy to communicate.

Loved our stay at Nick & Claire’s house with its beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed cooking & dining in the expansive kitchen diner as well as outdoors in the delightful BBQ area. We were delighted at the tray of welcome goodies we were left & appreciated the folder of helpful advice. In the evenings when the weather was sometimes a little chilly we had a cosy warm log fire in one of the cottage rooms. Everybody enjoyed the local beaches especially Gwithian with Body Boarding & Surfing a favourite. Occasionally there were things we couldn’t find or we needed - Nick & Claire were extremely quick to respond & sort out any issues or provide us with things we requested. Our 10 days were greatly enjoyed by all including the additional four ‘early 20s’ young people we had with us who just loved their stay. Thank you!

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

Die Wohnung ist super und hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. In der näheren Ungebung hat es zahlreiche tolle Restaurants und der Strand ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Newquay.

We loved this airbnb. At first we wondered if we might hear other people in their apartments, but the sound proofing was 100 per cent perfect as we didn't hear a thing. We had a fabulous view of the sea, the double bed was the best bed we've ever slept in, and so comfy that I ended up taking a snap of the name of the mattress so I can order the same one as mine needs replacing! The kitchen was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The shower had a rainfall shower head so that was a treat. And the whole place was spotless. There was top notch coffee, tea and biscuits left for us by Paul which was very thoughtful. Though it was a compact apartment, ideal for couples, the fantastic view of the sea made up for that and t was so well designed and airy that it was just perfect for us and the settee turned into a bed if needed. And St. Ives is a dream location in general. Ideal for sea lovers, surfers, walkers with a Tate art gallery for art lovers. 100 per cent perfect in every way!

We stayed at Karen’s apartment for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up, even better than the photos. Being just steps from the beach made it extra special, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. Karen was an amazing host - super responsive, helpful, and made everything really easy from start to finish. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Penny’s place! It was incredibly cozy, beautifully maintained, and squeaky clean! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including the luxury of two bathrooms and a private parking space, which made things so convenient. A special touch that made us feel immediately welcome was being greeted with scones, clotted cream, and jam, which was such a lovely surprise! The location was peaceful and charming. We even had a glimpse of the sea as the flat is on the first floor. While the narrow streets might be a bit tricky to navigate with a larger car, it’s all part of the area's charm, and having dedicated parking made it a non-issue for us. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Cornwall. Penny was a fantastic host and her place made our trip truly memorable.

Rebecca 's place felt just like our home. Everything was exactly the same as described in the images. The apartment is neat and tidy; all amenities are functioning properly. The ambience was calm and quiet. Becki was indeed a kind, responsive and friendly host. The place is worth for its price, stay and amenities Nevertheless, I found it hard for the grocery shops which is almost 0.5- 1.0 miles away. Overall, it was great and lovely stay at Rebecca' s place.

Great cosy apartment, very close to towan beach which is beautiful, and not too far from the train station either. Oliver was very quick to respond to our messages.

The apartment is as described and is furnished well with all you need . Kitchen is well equipped. This apartment is right on the beach with excellent amenities all around . Everything is walkable and the coast path is easy to access. Enjoyed a peaceful few days ! Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
