I would recommend this house as all the instructions were easy and everything in the house was labeled. It was very clean and neat. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. We were very comfortable there as it was our first air BnB experience.

Nice and comfortable space with a nice back patio in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown. Catherine is a responsive and friendly host. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location by some nice trails! Also just pretty to walk the neighborhood as well. Dinner the first night was less than a mile away, and Tlapaque (I did not spell that right) is about a 10 minute drive away, just a few miles. The cottage is very cute and looks just like the pictures. The bathroom is HUGE. The kitchen was well-stocked with water and cooking essentials. The bed was cutely made-up with heart pillows. I like a little saggier of bed (which this one was) but my boyfriend likes a little more firm bed, so he did not sleep as well as me. It does get light in the morning, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to that. The only slight downside is that if there is someone in the attached house, you can hear everything. Some people left their dog home at one point and it barked non-stop for 15 minutes until we left for dinner. You can hear conversations (and even pick out exact words as well). But everyone was courteous and noise stopped early enough in the night.

Very much liked the close proximity to hikes. Accommodation totally fit our needs for the two nights, wish we could have stayed longer. Power went out for a while one evening, communication with host was prompt. We figured out the WiFi, but it was slightly different than the instructions posted at the condo.

We had a fantastic stay. We love the location by the trailhead in a quiet neighborhood with great views. Nice open floor plan. Spacious kitchen. Nice to have a useable garage. The covered porch was ideal on warm, sunny days. The hosts were very responsive.

Absolutely stunning home just south of Sedona. We loved the location and waking up to the beautiful Lee mountain in the morning. This location was perfect as it is removed from the busiest parts of Sedona, yet close to Village of Oak Creek so you have everything that you need nearby. We enjoyed this as our home base as my husband, myself and 8 year old son went hiking everyday. Betsy was very responsive with any questions that we had. The home is immaculate and I have to say the living room furniture is super comfortable. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Thank you Betsy for sharing your beautiful home!

Truly a perfect stay for a girls weekend. Perfect and peaceful location, comfortable beds, super clean and well stocked. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Sedona!

Absolutely beautiful location. Easy to find. Less than 10 minutes away from town. Creek was the best part of this property, didn't even feel like you're in Arizona. House was so cool and rustic, but had everything you needed. Would stay again.
