Cute place on a quiet street but close to the best spots in Richmond. Easy check in and street parking.

Perfect location to walk to VfAM and to dinner, easy to Uber or Lyft downtown or to the Amtrak train station everywhere. Comfy bed, Netflix, coffee!

We had a great time at Rachel’s place - we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was even nicer than described and had everything you could need. It’s in a perfect location - we could walk to restaurants, etc. Rachel was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend her place and hope to stay there again next time we are in Richmond.

Peter was responsive and generous. I was visiting Charlottesville and he offered his own oven for me to make some dishes. His place is clean and was nice and warm during the cold nights. I would stay here again when visiting. Thanks Peter for being a great host.

Matt's apartment was wonderful. It's very clean, bright, good amenities and just as the photos indicate. The bed is very comfortable, too. He was very responsive, and although I didn't need any help from him during my short stay, I have no doubt he would be immediately available if I did. I had not been to Richmond before, and I was there for work purposes. The only reason I didn't give it more stars for the location is because the corner where the apartment building is located is very noisy, and since it's the corner apartment you are right there above the noise. I wasn't at the apartment much during the day so it wasn't a big deal then, but I did get woken up a couple times at night due to that. (Note: I'm a very light sleeper.) However, Matt provided ear plugs which was a nice touch - I did make use of them! You can't beat it's proximity to the convention center, state capitol, VCU hospital, and district court, so if you're in town for those purposes it's a more ideal location.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Our hosts were so kind and super responsive with every question I had. I really appreciated the care with which they have taken in making their space feel homey and welcoming. From lush towels to comfy beds- all of our needs were cared for. I felt like we were staying at a friend’s house and look forward to coming back again

Our family had such a wonderful experience! The home is so spacious, cool historic decor, clean, and beautiful property surrounding. Everywhere you look is beautiful scenery including the gorgeous horses and donkeys. Clear instructions and the communication with the host was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our family and will absolutely stay there again in the future!

Quiet surroundings and plenty of space for our family to stretch out. Ellen was quick to respond to all our questions.

This house is perfect for a small family looking to visit the area. The location was great for us as we have family nearby and normally have to stay over 30 mins away when we come. The house is beautifully decorated with cute farmhouse vibes to fit the area. We did have a few cleanliness concerns but we made the host aware and she was outstanding with her responsiveness and willingness to resolve any issues that were brought to her. I truly believe the issue was with the cleaning company not completing their job to the best of their ability but I trust that the host is going to take care of it for future guests. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Chelsea is a wonderful host with great communication and we would love to stay here again when we return.

This AirBnB was amazing! Honey and Anthony did a great job making this space cozy and welcoming. The area was lovely and the lake was beautiful! I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!

Safe quiet neighborhood, great host, home is close to gym and grocery store. Close to VCU-hospital- 15minute drive.

Susan’s place is a dream come true! If you are looking for a beautiful home, in a beautiful location with the kindest hosts then look no further! Susan made us feel right at home and even baked us almond and chocolate croissants in the mornings! She even watched and loved on our two rescue dogs while we were at wedding events! We could not have had a better weekend and we cannot wait to book her place again and again and again!

My large family had a great stay at the Washington House. The house is on a huge property that’s so peaceful and a short walk to the river. We had plenty of room for all us and the kitchen was perfect even though it looked small on the photos, we cooked all our meals here for 9 people. Would definitely stay again when coming up to visit family.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout my stay. The amenities were top-notch, and all the little touches made it feel like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Convenient location, very nice to have parking in a garage. Close to everything but a quiet space.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

The location was super convenient for exploring downtown Richmond, and the house was clean and comfortable. It worked great for our family (2 adults & 2 kids). This would not be the place for you if you have any mobility limitations, though, as the bedrooms can only be accessed by a long staircase (shared with the other units in the building) or a narrow spiral staircase inside the unit.

This place is great and so is Jill. The location is awesome and you have walkable options galore. You are also close to everything if you feel like you need to drive. This place is super cool with the history and is tastefully decorated to make it feel like a home away from home.

Beautiful location, up the hill from the water! Great fishing and easy to get around the local area! House was spotless and smelled clean when we walked in. Bed was comfortable! They've thought of everything! Will visit again!

Great space to stay, very clear information in the listing and there was coffee available which saved us a trip. Location was great in downtown Richmond, easy to get where we wanted to go. Space was very comfortable.

Loved, loved, loved this condo. The pictures did not do it justice. Very spacious and inviting at the same time. Isaac was responsive and helpful. We are already looking forward to booking it again next year! Thanks Isaac for a great weekend!!

We had great stay at the Townie. The apartment had everything we needed including coffee, filtered water, and snack bars. It’s literally just around the corner from the downtown mall. There’s free concerts Friday evenings in the summer. That was a fun surprise. Keep in mind there are stairs in this older building, on street parking, and 2:00 am noise when the bars let out (the white noise machines in each bedroom helped!). That said we would definitely stay again.
