Goleen : locations de vacances dans des cottages

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach House! Location, location, location is what it was all about, just stunning! Great outdoor and indoor space for all of the family. We all enjoyed the sauna and it was just a pity that the hot tub was not in use, but it did not spoil anything. The only thing to be mindful of is the shortage of hot water when taking a shower, which i think has been mentioned in previous reviews. However, overall it's the most amazing location and house for a break in West Cork and we really hope we will be back one summer in the future!

Loved the house and amenities, the hydrobath and sauna are amazing and the view is beautiful. So nice chilling out in the jacuzzi looking at the mountains and stars

We just spent 3 nights at Bridgeview Cottage and honestly wish it had been longer! Grace was very communicative and helpful and left fresh scones, butter, jam and milk which we enjoyed. The house is beautifully finished, spacious and airy. The setting is peaceful - lots of trees, nice views across the green valley and quiet apart from the sound of birdsong. The hot tub was a welcome bonus and was ready to use from the time we arrived which was a thoughtful touch. The house is nice and close to Clonakilty and many shops and services. The only remotely negative thing I would say (for other guests benefit) is that the spiral stairs have pointy bits on which my clothes go caught on almost every time I went down them, so just to be aware I'm case of snags! Aside from that a perfect few days and we would love to come back, we barely scratched the surface of what West Cork has to offer!

Had such an amazing stay here. Beautiful home with loads of lovely touches like the candles. Was so cosy as well. Noreen was also so helpful with instructions and responded straight away to any questions we had. Wish we had booked to stay longer!

Wir hatten ein wundervolle Zeit in Sarahs Unterkunft! Die ruhige Lage mit dem tollen Ausblick auf das Meer haben wir sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft hat alles geboten was wir gesucht haben und wir können diesen wunderbaren Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

The cottage is tucked away in the countryside, and was very clean. The best thing was the wood stove - lots of wood and toasty. We did the night kayaking trip on Lough Hyne and Donagh had the fire lit when we got back. That was fantastic !

From the very beginning Tom was very helpful and always responsive. When we had problems he was quick to respond and help us in whatever we needed. He and his wife were very friendly and l loved talking to them. I highly recommend this place. Obviously you need a car to get around. Thanks for making us feel at home.

If I could give this place more than 5⭐️ I would! Frances Airbnb might be one of my favorites yet! Not only is it SO beautiful and peaceful, Frances was the most lovely host. Her attention to detail in The Snug is so apparent and she was so helpful and kind! Also we LOVED her little dog Bear, he made our stay 100x even more special. We only had two nights there but I will definitely be back for longer in the future!

Lovely accommodation in beautiful West Cork. really good restoration and conversion of two old dwellings. Kevin was easy to communicate with, providing prompt informative responses. We stayed in March when few places were open. Sugarloaf cafe worth a visit. And Garnish is a good day out. Had lovely weather, so enjoyed walking in the area around the cottage. Happy to recommend.

We LOVED this space. Annette thought of everything a guest might want. Her home was decorated tastefully with sweet touches, quality furnishings, and thoughtful extras. The kitchen was immaculate with new appliances and all the gadgets we needed for cooking. Her outdoor space was beautiful and serene. We spent much time outside, looking at her garden and listening to the bees/birds. It was amazing. Annette was a great host. She provided a welcome basket with local items and spent a good amount of time with us, though also respected our privacy. She educated us about the home, advised us about eating options/local spots to visit and was just a joy to chat with. We spent several days at her home and are anticipating spending longer stays at her home. This home is a rare find. :)

I have stayed in this cottage quite a few times over the years - and I always enjoy it immensely. The cottage is lovely, decorated in a style that suits its age, and set in the most stunning scenery. It feels as though you're in the middle of nowhere - it is so quiet the deer come right up to the patch of grass in front of the house in the evenings and there are so many different birds it's almost like an orchestra - but you're definitely not: There are two good restaurants in the area, a nice pub near a harbour, a lunchroom in gorgeous gardens and a very well stocked shop-and-tearoom only a 20 minute drive away. So yes, I will come again!

Colette war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns gleich,,wie zu Hause gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen,,, Sie war immer schnell erreichbar und die Scones und Cupcakes waren hervorragend.

We spent a lovely New Year here. Karen's mum came over to check all was OK and she was really warm and friendly. A spacious house, very comfortable, located only a short walk from all amenities. Waterville is a great village and the surrounding area is stunning. We'll be back.

We had a lovely stay at Riona’s and Paddy’s place. The appartement had everything we needed. Riona was super welcoming and we loved that she baked some fresh bread for us upon arrival. I would highly recommend staying here if you are exploring the Kingdom.

Perfect accommodation in the perfect place - just wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Stunning place to stay, stunning location, stunning area - we are already planning our return visit for next year. Every room is perfect and comfortable, superbly stacked kitchen and an amazing garden - the seals popped up to say hello ever morning!!! Genuinely brilliant, wouldn't hesitate to recommend and like I said, we will be back next year!!!

Our second stay at the cottages in two years which is always a good indication of how at home I feel lhere. If you are looking for a complete switch off, amazing countryside and total chill out... This is the place to do it.

My husband and I had a great stay at Mountain Ash Cottage. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. It was a great location, close to Kenmare and the shops and restaurants. Nick was very kind and met us at check-in and provided some suggestions for our itinerary while in the area. Thanks again for a great stay!

Amazing host and place. Quiet, with many birds singing and an unbelievable sunrise and sunset on the horizon. Mary's cottage is bright and clean, with everything you need for cooking, sleeping, and staying comfortable for more than 2 nights. It was a happy find among so many options on Airbnb. Très beau cottage très bien situé. Super bien équipé avec notamment des jeux pour enfants et un matelas chauffant!! Nous avons passé un super séjour à Killarney le logement est situé juste en face de restaurant et très proche du centre. Vraiment idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis Merci encore,
