You will have the entire suite to yourself (we live upstairs) which includes a TV, fully furnished kitchen, and access to our beautiful backyard. Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right near the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

The bathroom feels like you're in a spa, heated floors, fresh, clean design! The OUTSIDE ROOM is amazing! Infrared heat located on a beam for cool winter and summer dining. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We do not allow smokers/smoking.

The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.
