Sarah’s place was amazing! It was within walking distance to the beach. Able to do the walk with ease multiple times a day. The beach items she had were very helpful for days at the beach. It’s also within walking distance to the Main Street area with lots of restaurants, shops and an awesome brewery. An even shorter walk to Bert’s! The home had ample space where you felt free to move around. The screened in porch was a great bonus!

My husband and I spent nearly a month in this gorgeous retreat, surrounded by nature. It was very peaceful and relaxing and the house looked and felt as beautiful as the pictures. Clara was very helpful and responsive, and the house was well-stocked. We had everything that we needed and felt right at home. We look forward to returning if we come back to the area. Thanks again!

Had a great relaxing time, nice short walk to the beach then lots of shade on the back deck in the evenings in the big hot tub. Worked out perfectly for my family plus the grandparents who had their own place!

Had a great stay and Christy’s place was everything we expected and more! I would stay at the Smile House or any Christy’s other properties again in the future!

We had a great stay! It was close to all of the activities we had planned, was easy to get to, and was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Good stay. The house has a lot of game, well supplied with everything you may need in the kitchen and bathrooms.

This spot is absolutely perfect. We wanted a quiet getaway for a holiday weekend and were very pleased. The place feels like a cabin meets a hotel room (but dog friendly!). It’s quaint with a large bed and nice bathroom, small kitchenette (stovetop but no oven). Walkable to the Dunlin and only a short drive to Freshfields Village and Kiawah. Very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely come back!

Our stay was like a home away from home…our host John is the best host we’ve had yet!! Quick reply’s very friendly and helpful…the home was equipped with everything you need with the sweetest final Touches …the pool and hottub were soo relaxing …such a peaceful setting inside and out i would recommend this home over and over and any home hosted by John…thankyou for everything John!!

This is a lovely spot for a couple or small friend group to use while visiting the Charleston area. My wife and I vacationed in Charleston and this Airbnb duplex was perfect. It’s a little out of the way, but super quiet and Fairly private. The host did a great job staging the home. Very comfortable, stocked with everything you need. Would definitely use this spot again if traveling in the area and will recommend. Thank you.

Awesome beach spot for our family for our family of 4. Close to the restaurants and stores and the beach but secluded back in an amazing palm tree forest. Everything works as advertised and is just steps to the beach. We hadn't been to Folly before and this was definitely the way to see it. The kitchen etc. is functional but not fancy. Two hoses and an outdoor shower to rinse off at. The back porch is super chill. Would definitely stay here again. One small note: There is a bar around the corner you can hear at night but they observe quiet hours strictly here and they were done at 10 p.m. every night so it wasn't a problem for us.

Very nice and comfortable accommodations. Location is convenient to Old Village attractions and very walkable. Nice to be able to wash and dry clothes, with well-equipped kitchen. Thank you for a great stay.
