If you're in Fort McMurray or Edmonton, definitely consider visiting this place. It feels like stepping back in time—in the best way. The town has a warm, welcoming vibe, and the locals are incredibly friendly. There’s plenty to see and do, and we especially loved the charming backyard and the scenic boardwalk that leads straight into a national park. The kitchen and bathroom were beautifully designed, with a tasteful, modern touch that made our stay even more comfortable. But the absolute highlight? A breathtaking northern lights display that lit up the sky on our very first evening. It was truly unforgettable. Amazing private cabin. The surroundings are beautiful and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet! Lots of space for the us to explore the outdoors and return to the warmth of the wood burning stove. Loved it!

From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a sense of tranquility and charm. This cozy cabin is more than just a place to stay; it's a thoughtfully curated escape on a truly beautiful property. The host, Marielle, clearly has an eye for detail and a genuine desire to create a perfect getaway for their guests. Every corner of the cabin felt considered. We particularly appreciated the games and the local suggestions. It's these small touches that elevate a stay from good to exceptional. The cabin itself was exactly as described, if not even more inviting in person. It was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent and considerate. Will definitely be back.

Karina’s cottage was just as she described it. It was warm and inviting and we felt at home as soon as we walked in through the door. There was absolutely nothing that we needed! We didn’t bring a dog, but Karina has everything you could possibly need if you did bring your furry companion. The beds were comfortable and sitting by the wood stove at night was heaven. The views from the cottage were incredible! We are hoping to go back in the summer and would recommend this place to anyone.

We had an amazing Family Day weekend! The cabin was even better in person than in the pictures. We felt right at home with a well appointed kitchen with everything you could ask for, plenty of room for 6 adults, 2 toddlers and our dogs, very large bedrooms with really comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub which was so convenient to bath the little ones. The outdoor property is beautiful and private, unfortunately the weekend was extremely cold so we were not able to spend much time outside but we were so grateful to have the 2 working wood fireplaces to keep us all warm and cozy. The hosts were very quick to respond and accommodating when we asked for a little bit of a late check out. We highly recommend this property and would be very happy to return.

I was very impressed with the apartment. It was my 1st Airbnb experience. I loved it so much more than a motel. It's private, quiet, very clean, spacious, have your own kitchen for meals to save money. The hosts were prompt to address any question & very friendly. It is also only a few minutes away from where my mom resides so it gives me more time with her when I visit from out of town. I would definitely recommend Britney & Lauren as competent hosts & easy to work with. Thank you so much! I'll be back this summer ☀️ Kathy

Cameron’s place was very comfortable and peaceful surrounded by friendly neighbours, would absolutely love to come by again and explore more of the beautiful surroundings.
