Great place to stay in Hanoi. Nice surroundings, great communication with the host.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly gracious, and the staff at the property were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The place looked exactly as described, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend staying here!

What a great deal in a quiet neighbourhood with cafes, loved that it was about a 10 min car ride from old quarter (as roads there are closed over the public holiday and weekend). Phuong’s place is lovely with working AC and hot water, and host was really proactive checking in on us constantly. Just make sure to inform if you need help with luggage as the apartment is on the 5th floor (free cardio!)

这栋法式别墅风格和周边环境都十分喜欢，有艺术品位也有生活气息，最重要的是房东服务十分到位，房东就是一位很优秀的美女，她帮助我解决了很多问题，介绍很多好看的好玩的地道好吃的，遇到她是我这趟旅行的幸运。

The team managing this accommodation is very professional, courteous and responsive. They also provided assistance in booking taxis for pickup and dropoffs and other domestic travel, and dealt with my requests patiently. The accommodation itself is clean and tidy and located at a quiet place, yet close to the city. We could arrange cleaning promptly when required. There is also space to park rented two-wheelers, which was safe and convenient. The kitchenette, microwave etc are helpful, which you would not get if you stay in a hotel. The availability of lift is a bonus in case the guests are not able to take stairs, which was super-convenient for the elderly guests in my group. Very few other places have this faciilty. On-site washer and dryer make it convenient to wash and dry clothes in a short duration, means you can pack light yet have access to clean clothes everyday. Overall this accommodation is a great place to live like a local!

是值得入住，距離火車街和大教堂十分鐘步程，圖片和真實環境是合附的，樓下附近有幾家咖啡館果汁店和小吃館，換外幣的店也在附近兩個街口，步行十分鐘左右有家OK便利店，老城區的酒吧街也可步行十五分鐘到達。 感謝當天可以提早了些進入旅館，白天進入是經過一家果汁店進去，再坐電梯上去的，五樓出電梯左邊是兩間臥室，一間帶浴室的，電梯右邊也有間浴室，六樓出電梯右邊是一間臥室，左邊是帶厨房的小客廳，客廳走出去是半露天的活動空間，五和六樓上落可以走樓梯或坐電梯，旅店主人回覆詢問得非常快，有耐性。 整體上旅店值90分以上的。

I was lucky to stay here as my first time in Hanoi. This place is charming, its wooden, with nice lightning and spacious. It gives a very comfortable and grounded feeling. I also felt safe, knowing there is always security and having the cleaner renew water/towels was nice too. Location is the best, close to the centre but hidden in this half island 10 minutes away by walk. It has a beautiful lake and nice cafes for peaceful moment (before starting your chaotic touristy day). Pho - right in front of the building till 2 pm, i was having it almost everyday as it was one of the best I've tried (locals mostly). I would definitely come back and stay here! thanks :)

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Hanoi und wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Smart-Lock ermöglicht einen flexiblen Zugang und es ist so gut wie immer jemand da im Eingang, falls man doch Schwierigkeiten haben sollte mit dem Smart Lock. Der Ort ist schon recht touristisch und es gibt einige Lokale, wo man jedes Mal beim vorbeigehen angesprochen wird und morgens hört man wie die Nachbarschaft und Geschäfte öffnen und es etwas lauter wird aber alles noch im guten Rahmen. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet vor allem die Küche ist super und man bekommt kostenloses Wasser aus dem Wassertank. Das Bad ist es klein und renovierungsbedürftig aber im großen und Ganzen vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit 😊
