By far the best Airbnb experience I've ever had! Johana, Liliana, and Izzy were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They were always available to answer any questions or attend to our needs—truly exceeding any expectations I had for Airbnb hosts! If you're looking for a luxurious trip with top-notch service and an unbeatable location, I would 100% recommend staying here. This place is close enough to walk to everywhere in the Walled City, but far enough that it’s not crazy busy on your street. Gabriella, the staff member who prepared amazing meals for us, also kept the house spotless, did our laundry, and even arranged our rooms. The nightly security made us feel safe and at ease, and we loved how easy it was to walk everywhere. Overall, this was an unforgettable stay, and I can't wait to return!

Our stay at the Old City Villa was absolutely great. We had a smooth check in and they accommodated us being early We hired the maid service which was very useful. Maryem the property manager was super helpful as she would bring the groceries we requested and our breakfasts would be ready based on our plans. She also helped order food when we wanted to stay in. The location was perfect as everything was a walkable distance to all the nice restaurants/bars. Ricardo from the concierge service team was incredibly helpful and professional during our stay. He organized our airport transportations and our day trips to Rosario Island and Palenque and gave great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. He was patient, easy to reach and payment was seamless. I would totally recommend him to anyone staying in the area!

Sebastian is a very accommodating host and always reply’s to any questions. The property was amazing, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff and cleaning crew were great, they made sure we were fed breakfast and took care of our laundry needs. Lastly, Luis from security was like part of our family. We had a really good relationship with Luis from Security and developed a friendly relationship. He was always there to greet us, open the door, and advised us on how to enjoy the city. The staff made this Airbnb experience excellent. Also the property is walking distance to all of the restaurants, bars, and stores. We were very happy of how beautiful the property looked and how well managed it was by the staff.

We were a family group with seniors and toddlers and Luis was absolutely amazing at accommodating our needs. He was so helpful and the staff from security to the maids made us feel safe and comfortable. Jesenia the house maid helped make a great breakfast for our big group. De todos los airbnb a los que he llegado este ha sido sin duda el que mejor trato y atención he tenido, Maikeli nos recibió con una empanada, súper servicial nos ofrecieron opciones de tours, la casa muy agradable para estar en familia y nos ofrecieron a un precio muy razonable hacernos de comer y fue una delicia!!!! Recomendamos este hospedaje. La casa es muy bonita y está bien mantenida. Es ideal para familias o grupos de amigos porque cada familia puede su privacidad y la facilidad de estar en el mismo lugar. La experiencia fue muy buena porque Lucas es muy amable y estuvo pendiente desde el inicio hasta el fin de la estadía. En la casa tanto Sofia como Reinaldo se esforzaron por ayudarnos y atendernos de la mejor manera. El lugar superó nuestras expectativas. Sin duda, volveremos !!

This was a lovely spot for a family. Robert, the buttler, was always there and able to open the house when different groups of us left the house. The pool was wonderful, the location a block away from the beach was exactly what the kids wanted. I look forward to returning here with my family!

Un lugar definitivamente paradisiaco. Desde inicio a fin, fue un lugar muy lindo que podría decir que más lindo que en las fotos. Cuanta con todo lo necesario para escaparte de la realidad por unos días, y disfrutar de La Paz y tranquilidad de ese lugar costero, que te hace sentir como en otro lugar. La zona de la piscina fue una de las mejores zonas de lugar, ya que puedes compartir en familia o amigos, y a pocos metros se pueden ver la olas del mar. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería a ir. David fue uno de los mejores anfitriones que me han puesto. amable atento y siempre disponible para cualquier duda o ayuda que necesitábamos.

En todo momento la atención para ofrecer lo que se necesitaba estuvo siempre muy amigable y respetuoso, recomiendo ampliamente!
