We don’t charge a cleaning fee but we do expect you to leave the cottage clean & tidy, a cleaning fee may be charged if place if left messy.

A genuine NZ farm stay on a working sheep farm in the panoramic Lake Coleridge high country just 100kms west of Christchurch city. The Quarters sleep 8 in the main building and an additional 4 persons in 2 adjoining cabins. Beds are illustrated as Queens (in fact super-kings) but all rooms can be split to twin shares.
