I absolutely loved it here. My 5 girlfriends and I spend four nights here; we had the best time ever. We are all 21 and 22 years old, and there was so much to do everyday. Aside from the many beach bars and restaurants that are walking distance from the AirBnb, we also spent an amazing day in La Jolla (only a 20 min uber). Our itinerary was jam packed and we got the absolute most out of our stay because of how great the AirBnb location is!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb, which is in an unbeatable location right by Petco Park! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my needs. Bryan, the host, was exceptional—very responsive and accommodating to all my needs. He made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and was quick to address any questions or concerns. The check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the train, making it easy to get around San Diego. Whether you’re in town for a Padres game or just looking to explore the city, this spot is ideal. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central, hassle-free experience!

Fantastic experience! The kitchen was huge. We made many meals. The beds were very comfortable. A cozy warm place to spend a month enjoying Pacific beach and surrounding areas.. Dana and Becky were amazing host and we hope to stay at one of their facilities several times in the future. I could not have imagined a better four weeks in their charming little apartment. They get my highest rating.

Wonderful place, very spacious. Host was always responsive. Our family lived the outdoor space on the second floor, so nice at night. Would book again.

I don’t want to say anything bad b/c Heather (and Tim) were absolutely fantastic!!! I can’t say enough good about them. The apt was fine and fully stocked with everything we could need. The negative is that the building is old and tired and had a funny smell. The pool wasn’t warm enough to use given the cool weather and the workout room was kind of a joke with very old equipment that was mostly broken. The area wasn’t great for tourists.

Great place with great hosts and felt right at home

This was our second stay at Aaron’s Airbnb, and once again, it was perfect for our family — myself, my parents, and my two young kids. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking meals easy, and the beds were super comfortable. Heating and cooling worked great, and everything was spotless when we arrived. We especially loved the private patio — such a great space to relax. The location is incredible: close to shops and restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet area, and just one block from the beach. There were so many thoughtful extras, too, like beach chairs, toys, and board games that made the stay even more enjoyable. Aaron is a fantastic host — friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this Airbnb and can’t wait to come back!

Staying at Efrain's place in San Diego was a real treat, largely thanks to its fantastic location. Being within walking distance of Balboa Park was a major highlight, allowing for easy access to museums, gardens, and cultural events without ever needing to hop in the car. Plus, the convenience of reaching other key attractions around the city was a definite bonus. What truly stood out, though, was Efrain's excellent communication. He was readily available to help with the check-in process and made it clear that he was there should anything else be needed throughout the stay, which was very reassuring. Beyond the prime location and Efrain's helpfulness, the neighborhood itself offered a welcome sense of tranquility. It was lovely to return to a quiet setting after a day of exploring. This peaceful atmosphere truly enhanced the overall experience and made for a relaxing stay.

Amazing airbnb with plenty to offer such as 4 beds as well as kitchenwares and toiletries! My friends and I felt right at home with this airbnb. Melissa was great at communicating too, which made the check in and check out processes much easier!

This is definitely a comfortable, family home. It felt secluded, it was quiet, and very peaceful. The pool was fantastic and the hot tub is amazing. The home has everything you need and things you forget you’ll need. The attention to detail will be appreciated if you stay here. We will definitely keep this property on our “faves” list for property rental for our annual trips. Elena’s impressively fast response to any inquiry you have was also an awesome peace of mind. We had an awesome stay. The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip. The kids loved the space and we all felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and there were even games and movies for family nights. The neighborhood was easy to get to local spots and grocery stores. Our host was friendly and quick to reply to any questions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Definitely a great place for families — we’d love to come back again!

I think that Matt is very friendly and the place was so nice and clean. I think it is one the best place to stay in San Diego, I would love to be back at it again when I’m there.

Carlos was a great host, replied promptly to our questions. The whole place was really clean when we arrived, and it was exactly how it was described on the pictures. Pet friendly without the massive restrictions as other rentals. Walking distance to Belmont Park, restaurants, bars and the beach. Great location and we will definitely book this place again when we come back.

Title: Great Value, but be Prepared for Noise I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an overall positive experience. The location was fantastic—easy to find, and it was conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the price compared to other options in the area, I felt it was a great value. However, one thing to note is that the property is in the flight path for San Diego airport. While this wasn’t an issue once I fell asleep, the noise from the planes, neighbors, and outdoor sounds made it a bit challenging to get to sleep on the first few nights. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, I'd recommend staying here, but be prepared for the noise—especially if you're a light sleeper. Amazing location! The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and the view of the ocean is spectacular. The beds and couches were comfortable. You can hear the waves crashing because you are so close to the beach. We enjoyed going to sleep to the sound of the waves and going for walks along the water in the mornings. The location was just 15-20 away from every sight we wanted to visit in the San Diego area. We appreciated that there were beach towels, beach chairs and a football to borrow. The laundry machines are down the hall, not in the apartment, if that matters to you. We had no trouble using them.

The place/location were great! More than enough room inside to accommodate my girlfriend and I. Kitchen was stocked with all the supplies needed to cook meals. Bathroom/bedroom was clean and the hosts were extremely responsive. Hard to complain about the location! Walkable coffee shops, restaurants, markets, bars & the beach/bay. Would definitely recommend, as we had a great time!

Great stay at Glenna's place on Mission Bay. It's a spacious apartment, incredibly well equipped. With kids there was everything. The Garage is perfect to not stress about parking. Walk right out onto the bay, walk two blocks and be on the oceanside. Good food and coffee locations, playground across the street. Strongly recommend.

Amazing stay in a gorgeous home. We especially loved all the beach 🏖️ gear - made our stay so fun and easy. If you aren’t familiar with the area, this is the only beachfront high rise building in PB. The views are incredible. The furnishings are absolutely gorgeous too- felt like a magazine. We can’t wait to come back !

Probably the best Airbnb my wife and I have ever stayed in. Amazing location with a spectacular view. Easy check in and when you walk through the door you are met with an incredible home with peaceful music and super clean living space. Only con was the elevator situation (only one working and takes a min to get to you) but meh no big deal. We never wanted to leave the Airbnb that’s how awesome it was. Great location as well and right next to the beach. Thanks for one awesome trip and home.
