This was my very first air bnb experience and I must say it was a great one! The home owner was quickly to respond to all my questions and the accommodations were even better than expected. Very family friendly. My kids loved the theatre room! The residence is next to the Dix river with a gorgeous view! Highly recommended and look forward to repeating my stay in the future.

Had a wonderful girls weekend on the lake. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. I would recommend this place to anyone! Jessica was a great host!

We had 3 couples exploring the Bourbon Trail and friendships. It was a perfect place for us. The view was beautiful. We made each other dinner one night along with some old fashioneds and talked and laughed. We knew we’d have a little drive to some of the distilleries but that was half the fun. Thanks for contributing to our memories!

Great location for us! Beautiful view of lake. Our only issue was no bathroom on same floor as bedrooms so we slept on couch upstairs. Otherwise excellent little lake house! Easy directions to check in and out, clean on arrival! Thank you.

Lexington is a great city, and this was easy walking distance to downtown with my wife and teenage kids. If you love old houses and charming streets full of them, check this place out. The space is up a fairly steep flight of stairs that was fine for us, but I could see someone with mobility issues struggling with them. The place was very cute, albeit odd, given the age of the building and squeezing a unit in on the upper level. It was charming to us as we are a fans of older homes. You will dodge some low sloping ceilings as you move around the unit. The one glitch was that our downstairs neighbors got noisy one night. I messaged John around midnight, assuming he wouldn't see it until the next day. However, he surprised me with a quick return note. He contacted the noisy neighbors, and they quickly quieted down. Top notch service. I would come back for sure to enjoy the street, walk downtown, hit Keeneland, and enjoy all Lexington has to offer.

this is a very nice place in old house but very thoughtfully remodeled parking was easy all in all a nice stay!

We were doing a bourbon tour in Frankfort, but wanted to focus more of our time exploring Harrodsburg and Shaker Village, so Sharon's place was in the perfect location for a quiet retreat with our little dog. We haven't lived in the country for years, so it was wonderful to view the Pink Moon with a beautiful sky full of stars, and enjoy the amazing sunrise the following morning. It was pretty chilly when we were there, but the electric fireplace was a wonderful addition. The lovely little bistro table outside is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee, or a glass of wine or bourbon in the evening. I highly recommend, but pay attention when navigating our Kentucky country roads, as some of them are pretty narrow. We hope to visit again in the not too distant future.

Sable, my beloved black lab, and I were absolutely captivated by the amenities, the breathtaking surroundings, and the warmth of Rachel’s humble abode. Every moment we spent there was a true delight! Thank you Rachel and Airbnb!

My stay here was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful and so peaceful and serene. The bathroom is gorgeous, the bed was so comfy. Kathy was wonderful to speak to and I felt right at home. I would absolutely stay here again if I am ever back this way.

Everything was excellent for the night we stayed. My Mom wanted to "steal" the pillow she used as she thought is was the "best pillow ever". Everything was clean, there was plenty of stocked items like towels, bottled water, small snacks...it was also a short jaunt to the best restaurants in Versailles and only 10 minutes from Keeneland. My only complaint was the stairs, although people with decent knees that didn't walk all day taking photos will have no issue. I found them to be steep, but my 69yo Mom had no issue navigating them! Parking out back is fine and felt quite safe.

We loved our stay on the farm! The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids were thrilled with all the animals and especially enjoyed visits from the friendly Great Pyrenees dogs. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t smell like a farm at all! Sandy and Martin were so friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. We also bought some of the farm’s sausage, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place for a unique and enjoyable experience!

Perry was very kind thoughtful and accommodating. I was there for my cousin’s wedding. I drove 13 hours from FL and then had a medical emergency the morning of the wedding. Perry was always checking in with me and my dog Mieko who he was accommodating to as well. I wouldn’t have pulled through without him being helpful and attentive. The cabin was stocked with amenities and goods that one might need in the cabin. The cabin is and the surroundings are beautiful, peaceful with Kentucky nature. I managed to get to the wedding and Perry allowed me to extend the stay so my dad could fly in while he also up North and help me get back home with the circumstances, which included my RAV4 getting a busted tire and rim hitting a ditch on the winding mountain roads. The locals were also kind and helpful people as it should be. What a gem of a place to stay out there. Anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature should consider staying there!

My riding group and I stayed here to go to wildcat offroad park. We had a great time here especially getting to meet the farm animals they have on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to get away. Quiet and secluded. We had a great weekend.

Super quiet Nice cows goats cats and chickens If you want to rest and be alone this is the place It's a drive from the lasts towns which was what I liked The cabin works well with the yard and it is comfortable And it was easy to use 😊

The place was absolutely gorgeous. The perfect place to relax and plug. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. Everything was clean and tidy.

We loved our stay at the cabin. It was secluded enough to feel like a retreat and close enough to go out and explore. The pond and porch are fantastic relaxing spots. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. We went on the bourbon trail and checked out Woodford Reserve, Castle & Key, Wild Turkey, Four Roses, and Buffalo Trace. We also enjoyed some of Tracy’s recommendations, such as, dining at The Glitz and Wildside Winery. Everything was amazing! At the end of the trip, I wasn’t ready to leave. I enjoyed one last bourbon on the porch and said goodbye to the beautiful slice of heaven that Tracy and Larry shared with us. I am already looking at the calendar to schedule another visit. Thank you Tracy and Larry, from all of us!

The cabin was fantastic for our stay. Very clean and spacious home. We had no issues getting to and from with the single lane road, the area seems really low traffic. Scenery was beautiful, especially early morning. No noise, just the birds chirping.
