Just blocks from NCSU, Meredith, the Village District and pocket parks, this 2nd floor apartment has everything you need for a weekend or extended stay. Updated with new appliances, countertops and refinished floors, you'll be able to relax after enjoying the area. Bedroom has ensuite bath. King size bed Sealy Performance Mattress & 5 types of pillows. Room for 1 or 2 cars to park beside unit. This is the 2nd floor of a duplex behind a main house.
