The home's spacious game room, takes relaxation to new heights, a captivating Foosball table, a 70-inch TV, and recliner seating. Enjoy access to the renowned Ruby's Inn Indoor Pool/Spa. While the lake itself may not be suitable for swimming or fishing, the serene setting and ample recreational opportunities make this property a true gem.

40 Acre Escalante Canyon Retreat

This river front home tucked in between large cottonwood shade trees with views on all sides of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river. Hike from the front door to first class scenic wonders. There are natural wonders right out the front door and within an hour's drive. Look for deer and wild turkey in the meadow in the mornings and evenings and watch the cloud shadows change over the canyon walls. Head up or down the canyon into rugged wilderness, and return home to comfort.

The Canyons are calling! Come and enjoy the grandeur of Bryce Canyon Country. Bryce Canyon Homestead was built in 2023 with you in mind. This 2500 Sq Ft home sleeps eight. It features a modern kitchen, family room, dining room, loft, three bedrooms (two queens/one king) each with a private bath, sitting area, and Smart TV. The loft area has a queen size sofa sleeper and Smart TV. Walking distance to town park, restaurants, and grocery stores. On-site host resides in basement.

The perfect place for one or two people looking for peaceful, clean, comfortable space to stay while exploring the National Parks, Panguitch Lake, fishing the Sevier, mountain biking, hiking, atving, and other endless outdoor activities. The cottage sits on a hill top overlooking the charming rural town of Panguitch and has 360 degree views of the beautiful mountain ranges of Southern Utah. North Creek Retreat

Private lower level of our home. Located on a private 160 acre ranch with two beautiful rivers. Petroglyphs and waterfall are within walking distance of our home. Restaurant (the north creek grill) @ the slot canyons inn is within walking distance of the property. Currently closed until 2026. The retreat is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms , a small kitchenette (not a full kitchen) only a MINI fridge, and living room. Outdoor patio space with grill and outdoor seating and fire pit

Little Desert Escapes

Relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing in our newly renovated house. Located on the quiet street of Griffin Lane. Our central air will keep you cool and comfortable while you cook dinner in our fully furnished kitchen or you may use the BBQ on the back patio. After dinner you can hang out around the fire pit in the backyard roasting marshmallows, play one of many board games available, or just chill and watch TV in the living room or one of our comfortable bedrooms.

Southwest Retreat

The house has wonderful views, is peaceful and comfortable. It is located on the edge of the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument and is centrally located with easy access to hiking, biking, and exploring. Southwestern Retreat is just a few blocks off Highway 12, an All American Highway, and is located between Bryce Canyon National Park and Capitol Reef National Park. The house has a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
