Shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, a golf course, and a movie theatre are also nearby. LAX is eight minutes away. Uber and Lyft run constantly in this area due to the close proximity of the airport. You won’t wait for more than a few minutes. Parking on premises for one standard size vehicle, otherwise street parking is available. DoorDash and Postmate apps can be downloaded on your phone for food delivery and grocery delivery options from all over surrounding areas Driveway is very narrow and cannot accommodate oversized vehicles. There are video cameras on the exterior of the building for added security The apartment is less than two miles from Fabulous Forum, the new Rams stadium, and beaches. Close to El Camino College, the 405 , 91, 110 freeways. 20 minutes to the beach (Redondo Beach 5 mi, Hermosa Beach 5.7 mi, Manhattan Beach 6 mi). LAX 25 minutes (7mi) 20-30 minutes to downtown LA (11 mi) 30 minutes to Venice Beach (11 mi) I am a Los Angeles native so if you have any questions, feel free to ask! No pets allowed.
