Seasonal pools & a kids pool (open through mid-fall), and a year round hot tub & sauna. A playground & BBQ/picnic area, and green space with an unobstructed view from the condo. Stop by The Store for ice cream & games of ping-pong or giant chess!

The HOA noise ordinance is enforced, and there are upstairs guests. No smoking!
