A neatly maintained and Peaceful place. We were a group with age ranging from 2 years to 78 years and each and every one were happy with the place. One of my son's called the place as our Goan home. It had enough privacy and all the services required were in close vicinity.

Had a really nice week here, pool was cleaned daily and was big enough to swim in and enjoy, the beach nearby is beautiful and there are almost no people on it.

Clean bathrooms, Private Pool, Kitchen which had everything, Clean Bedrooms, Clean Furniture, Private Terrace. All the restaurant nearby, All the beaches Nearby, What else do we need? James was super responsive. Will definitely visit again.

House is clean and near the beach which is nice. Host answered our questions quickly and stayed in contact with us during our time in Goa. Only thing that bothered us was that there were constant dog barking, otherwise i would say that you will get exactly what you pay for.

We had such a great experience at this property, my whole family absolutely loved it. The place is really spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms had air conditioning and even the hall and kitchen were air-conditioned too, which made our stay super comfortable. There’s a generator for power backup, a washing machine for convenience, and even luxury toiletries provided. The parking area is spacious and the kitchen was well equipped with all kinds of glasses and bowls you’d ever need. The housekeeping and support staff were fantastic, super helpful and polite throughout our stay. The best part is It’s just a short walk to Colva beach. Just a heads-up, it’s a shared property that’s divided into two units. One is on the ground floor and the other above it. We stayed on the ground floor and it was perfect for us. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay near the beach!

Zak’s place is perfect a relaxing getaway. Full of greenery, open spaces, spacious and huge house. He’s a great host and very friendly to have a conversation with. Always available for any support or help required - right from local restaurant suggestions, to bike rental, to taxi rental and to get things done within no time whenever asked for. His 4 paw friends add much warmth to the experience. Will visit Zak’s place soon again.

We had a great time at SK Villa. We cooked some fabulous meals and watched many movies together. Walked to the sunset beach and martins. Walked around the house. Maid was super nice and helpful. I and my friends throughly enjoyed our vacation. Sylvester was super helpful and took care of us. Thank you for everything, will definitely come back again to stay. This place is more beautiful than pics do justice.

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

*Pros:* 1. Vipin is a wonderful host. 2. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen bed. 3. Well-equipped big kitchen. 4. Convenient location: 4th-floor property with lift access. 5. Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

Awesome stay,with all modern amenities. Liked every bit of our stay. The only thing that i felt could be improved was pest control in the kitchen. There were some ants on the slab. Totally recommend this place!

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

Had a wonderful stay at Ricardo’s villa in Candolim. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Ricardo was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The staff, including the service guys and the reception team, were courteous and efficient. Location is excellent—easy access to scooty rentals and close to everything you’d want to explore in North Goa. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Candolim!

Very nice place. except the wifi kept disconnecting. I haven't used wifi and switched to mobile data.

Savio is a super host, And communication was great. Untimely road work's hot and humid temperatures made it hard to enjoy nearby cafes and amenities. Ideal location for transport drop and pickup service being mid way between Mapuca and Panjim. Very comfortable and all amenities thoughtfully provided. Thanks Savio. Will certainly recommend this accommodation.

Dr.Ransley was responsive always. His property was good for couples, his place was neat. Good location, lots of places surrounding the home. Bike rent and hotels are available at short distance

This property is a gem - in terms of location, amenities and comfort. The place is done up very tastefully and also kept well in terms of cleanliness. Tarunpreet adds to this by being an absolutely fabulous host who goes out of her way to care for her guests. All in all a totally wonderful experience!
