J’ai passé un séjour incroyable chez Vajira ! Son appartement était propre, confortable et joliment décoré. Il était également très réactive et serviable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour agréable à Colombo! Et encore merci pour l accueil, et mention parfaite pour la deco qui est incroyablement soigné !

Location is great. Few minutes walk to amenities and restaurants. The host, Arjuna was quick to respond and assisted with all our queries and got us items we required. There is an assistant at the premises always should you require immediate assistance. The apartment is spacious and clean. Great breeze too.

We had a great stay at Christimas Guesthouse. The apartment is huge and the beach is in walking distance and so are many good restaurants. The pool was very clean and there are enough sunbeds. For an easy stay in Negombo we can highly recommend Christima.

This apartment is pristine and clean, finished to a high standard and is brilliantly situated. Anything I asked of Shamail was responded to, delivered or advised as if it wasn't any trouble at all. My family stayed one night in this apartment when visiting Colombo and really had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the apartment fully equipped. We could have stayed in all day and would have been very comfortable. A true home from home, with the added bonus of having Shamail on hand who catered to our every need. Thank you! 5 stars!

A great place to base yourself in Negombo. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast was great and most importantly we were able to arrange a driver and lots of local day trips via the host. An excellent experience all round!

Our stay at this property was truly exceptional. The location offers a stunning view of Colombo city, including the iconic Lotus Tower, and despite being situated next to the High-Level Road, the apartment remains incredibly calm and soundproof. One of the biggest conveniences is its proximity to Havelock Mall—just a one-minute walk away—making daily shopping effortless. Additionally, the service provided by Mrs. Priya and Mr. Senthuran was outstanding. Their hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Colombo. The space was comfortable, well-located, and had everything we needed for a few relaxing days in the city. What really stood out was the host’s hospitality,always quick to respond, genuinely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The only downside we experienced was an occasional smell coming from the bathrooms, which we hope can be looked into for future guests. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience, and we truly appreciated the effort and care from the host. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Colombo!

It was really nice place. Mr. Savon helped us for flexible check-in & check-out which was we never extended. Thanks lot for that hummer. The place was really good with all facilities. The place is owned by Omar based in Melbourne. He was super responsive and upgraded our family to penthouse on 4th Floor. we stayed there for last day of our trip and the idea was local shopping.This place offers plenty of options. special mention for caretaker Hilmil,super humble and courteous person. would recommend to all my friends.

Great Stay !! This place is very conveniently located in Colombo. Very calm and quiet surrounding. They do have very good security, don’t have to worry staying alone. Very clean and well organized apartment with ample spacing. Very impressive to see the separate bins to collect Paper, Food waste and Plastic, which also collected daily. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and the place is very close by to the grocery stores if you want to buy anything. Thanks to their speedy wifi connection I was able to finish my truck load of work during my stay. Host is very professional and responsive. Made sure all my queries are answered right away. He gave me very attractive discount which is beyond my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone !!

Fantastic location. Clean and spacious room with a private bathroom and balcony. Closet space, comfortable bed and WiFi for each room - excellent. Yasas, Iresha and Sam - thank you for being friendly, helpful and accommodating. You have a lovely, peaceful place that is maintained well. Cookie the dog - the best stress buster of all time. Gives you the right amount of tail wags and fake bites to remind you he’s the boss!

Kalum was an amazing host, the place was spotless. He was also quite accommodating with a late night check in which was a godsend. The place was private and well cared for. Overall couldn't recommend more.
