Brilliant location within walking distance of all the main attractions , restaurants and bars. The house was well equipped with everything needed, and more. It was spotlessly clean and had big and comfortable bedrooms. Lots of natural light and great views of the harbour. Pamela was so helpful in the lead up to our visit and quickly responded to any questions we had. The place was perfect for our group and would definitely recommend.

Logement idéalement placé pour visiter le Connemara entre Clifden et galway, dans un cadre magnifique et d'un calme reposant. Le logement est grand, conforme à la description et très bien équipé. Pas de wifi mais le réseau téléphonique est disponible. Communication facile, rapide et efficace avec Vinnie. A recommander les yeux fermés.

This apartment is tucked away in a quiet corner in a private area just off the quayside and is perfect for anyone looking for a cosy getaway. This is was our second stay at Annette’s apartment and was every bit as good as the first. Loved the improvement to the hallway with the framed prints. The apartment was warm and welcoming and everything was in good working order and well appointed. Communication was excellent with the hosts and would highly recommend this apartment, especially if attending a wedding in The Lodge, as it’s only a short walk away.

Nous avons passé un super moment dans cette jolie maison, idéalement située à proximité des plus beaux points du Connemara et équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour plusieurs jours. L’isolement et le calme du logement, la vue sur la mer et la proximité des moutons sont magiques. Les hôtes sont aimables, sympathiques et disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The accommodation was clean, tidy, presentable and very comfortable, it came with all the necessities. Catherine was a lovely host and she welcomed us with her home made scones which were delicious. Catherine is very friendly and helpful. We loved her hospitality. The house is private and comes with a beautiful surroundings with beautiful animals all around. We will definitely revisit. Jolie maison avec une superbe vue sur le lac. L'intérieur était très agréable, Cosi et lumineux. Pouvoir manger au chaud a l'intérieur tout en profitant de la superbe vue est vraiment top!! Hôte a l'écoute et très prévenant. Merci pour tout.

Absolutely gorgeous house and grounds, like something from a postcard. Everything you could need was in the house. House is bright and spotlessly clean. Great location. Handy adventure centre in the hotel a five minute walk from the house. Margaret is a fantastic host who made sure we had a great trip. Thank you Margaret. The Mancunian girls will come again!

We had a great new years stay in Lizzie’s. The place was very clean and cosy and we made great use of the lovely open fire place. The setting is absolutely stunning with beautiful sea views out the back and gorgeous views from the bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked for a big group and plenty of seating areas and chairs for all. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a lovely countryside stay away from the madness!
