Words cannot describe how perfect our stay was. Sharmini was a fantastic host, even before we got there. She was quick to answer my many questions about the villa, the local area and sharing details of companies that could collect our large party of 12 from the airport. Even calling them on my behalf when they didn't respond to my messages. The photos of the villa don't do it justice. The rooms are all a fantastic size, beds and pillows comfy and the bathrooms are wonderful. The location on the beach was just perfect. We were 3 families with 6 children between 2 and 8 and we all spent our time running from beach to pool l. Idilic. But the standout feature of the villa is the fabulous and dedicated staff. Dilu, Milan and Bandu. Dilu could not do enough for us and was on hand, yet discreet. Milan! Well his cooking is easily the best I've had in Sri Lanka. He cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner for all of us every night catering for us all! Our villa stay was perfect in every way!

we had a lovely stay , place is cozy and in a safe neighborhood. would recommend this to anyone and will be one of my colombo places when ever I visit. host was friendly and easy to communicate. thank you

i booked the place like at the airport just before take off and Ranjith has been ever so helpful. I mean, short notice, and he managed it well! the check in was flawless. the place was mesmerizing he made sure he got us some water and milk and tea fresh so we can relax a bit! his recommendation throught the time was amazing. the cherry on the cake was, he allowed us to extend our stay and didn't charge a penny. thanks Ranjith, amazing experience

Salt Villa was exactly as described. Couldn’t be closer to the beach with its own private entrance, you literally have the beach to yourself most of the time!! There was some feedback in previous reviews about traffic noise from the main road but to be honest the sound of the waves just blocks this out and it didn’t disturb us at all. The villa itself is in great condition, beds were super comfy and it was by far the best sleep any of us had during our trip in Sri Lanka. Lastly the staff, led by Sandy could not be more accommodating. Always there to help no matter how big or small and just added to the experience of staying here. Julius himself is a fantastic host who responds quickly to any questions and was very flexible with us during our particular stay. We will 100% be back to stay here again!

We made a last-minute booking, but everything was very well organized. Podi communicated excellently and provided a clear and detailed description of the place upon our arrival. We especially loved the kitchen and its well-equipped setup, and we truly enjoyed the space as if it were our own home. Highly recommended for long stays and groups!

Sea Crest Beach Villa enjoys a stunning beachfront location, right in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in Ambalangoda. The setting is truly breathtaking, offering direct access to the ocean and mesmerizing sunset views. We stayed for six nights and had an entire floor to ourselves, which was spacious and with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying the sunset from our private space was definitely a highlight of our stay.

Our group had an absolutely perfect stay at Kinkini Bandaragama! The expansive garden area was a huge hit with our group of eight people. We were able to set up for our morning yoga sessions easily and had plenty of room for games in the afternoon. Inside, the living room easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The quiet and secluded location made it perfect for our meditation retreat; the peaceful surroundings really enhanced our practice. The house is conveniently located just a short ten-minute drive from Pearl Bay Water Park. We also enjoyed a peaceful boat ride on the serene Bolgoda Lake, just a short drive away. There's also a large supermarket just 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The host, Tamara, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. We highly recommend Kinkini Bandaragama

I had a wonderful stay at this property—everything was absolutely perfect in terms of cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very secure throughout my visit. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. However, it’s important to note that the location is not actually in Bentota, but rather in a nearby suburb. While it’s still relatively close, it may not be ideal if you’re specifically looking to be in the heart of Bentota. Additionally, the surrounding area doesn’t offer much in terms of activities or attractions, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to explore the local scene. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind—just be aware of the actual location when booking.
