Josue's place is amazing! the place was clean, easy to access, each bedroom has a bathroom. I mean the place was prestine when we came in. Everything in good working order and no issues whatsoever l. Josue is very responsive and accommodating. I definitely recommend his place.

Auch die Kommunikation war super und das Welcome Book mit den Tipps für die Umgebung und allen wichtigen Hinweisen zur Unterkunft war sehr hilfreich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Our family was in town for FAMU’s graduation. Check-in was seamless and once inside each room had a separate combination lock. The location is unbeatable. Within walking distance to the event location. The apartment is very well appointed with most things you will need. The space was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. Carter was responsive to all of our questions and very accommodating. We recommend this house for any family gathering.

This house is excellent!! Our family had an amazing time! Ryan was very great at communicating…the layout and cleanliness of the house was perfect. All the amenities you could need. Great pizza 5-8 minute walk down the road . FSU campus is an 8 minute walk. If coming for an FSU football game…all local entertainment and the stadium are a manageable walk. I would 100% stay at this place again!!

We really enjoyed staying at Kimberly’s place. It was very convenient to FSU and downtown Tallahassee. It was exactly as described. There were two dedicated parking spots right in front of the place. All instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. We’d happily stay there again when visiting Tallahassee

A traditional 1960's split-level home with some modifications to increase sleeping capacity, although showing it's age to some degree. If looking for contemporary perfection, this would not be a good choice, but worked well for us at a reasonable cost. No formal dining room, but two separate living areas and a large outdoor seating area. We were in town for our son's wedding and the sleeping capacity allowed us to house our other 4 kids, spouses and a couple of grandchildren, so it fit our needs perfectly. Two downstairs bedrooms occupy the former garage and share a connecting bathroom, that shower is under construction, but should be completed soon. Amber was flexible with our special requests, including two mature dogs, (with pet deposit), which we appreciated. Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, just a block away from a nice park with walking trails, lake and playground, which we enjoyed (GPS really useful). Summary, would we stay there again- yes, without hesitation.

This airbnb felt like home! The place was very clean , and it was able to accommodate me and my family well. We came for graduation, and the home was centrally located to everything (Florida A&M University, Publix, Target, Walgreens, and more). Other than having to purchase our own coffee and dish soap, the home had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The showers water pressure and temperature were great, The heat in the house kept us cozy, and there was enough parking for our cars. We were also able to utilize the kitchen for making breakfast and storing dinner we purchased. Sofya the host was so kind from day one, which we appreciated greatly. She was patient, and accommodated our early check-in request. Overall I give this experience a 9/10. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sofya!

Home was very comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfortable and soft bedding. Hosts were lovely to deal with.

We weren’t sure what to expect when we pulled up but once we opened the door it far exceeded our expectations and was an extremely comfortable, clean and Seminole spirited home away from home. The scoreboard of Doak was visible from the front window. Catherine was extremely accommodating. We fully enjoyed coming back to the condo and really appreciated that after busy days. The location provided easy access to FSU, was well equipped and very was comfortable. Much better than any hotel in the area. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. We really appreciated Catherine’s attention to detail and her detailed and proactive communications and quick answers to our questions. Thank you Catherine for contributing to a great graduation weekend! Go Noles!!

My daughter stayed in the apt for 58 nights. The apartment and the location were exceptional. Looked 100% like the photos. The host was absolutely phenomenal, friendly, communicative, and addressed all of our questions on a timely manner. I will recommend staying here short or long term. Experience was 10/10!

Had a great experience staying here, very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay just like home. Parking was great, felt safe and secure. Great restaurants within waking distance, with some being apart of same building. Communication with host was excellent and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, I know I will again in the future.

Another great stay at the Legends. I always check availability here first, before booking a hotel. I just love how it feels like home as soon as I walk in. A very soothing oasis to decompress after long days of travel and busy FSU activities.

We enjoyed being in Tallahassee and loved the location and being so close to FSU. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the place was well equipped with the things we needed. We also really liked that the tv had a Roku and could relax and keep up with our show.

Great location right across the street from the stadium with a dedicated parking space. Impeccably clean with lots of added thoughtful touches. Great value as well. This will be our new Tallahassee regular Airbnb. Would 100% recommend and look forward to staying here again.
