We stayed at this spacious and spotless home on our trip to FSU! Only a mile from campus, we enjoyed all the benefits of being a local. The home was very spacious and offered so many comforts! We loved the peaceful location and relaxing beds. Definitely enough space for large families! Plus our host was proactive, friendly, and helpful and provided us with so many amenities! Will definitely stay again!

1071 Talquin Ave is a gem of an AirBnB. The host, Kimberly, thought of everything that people may be seeking in an AirBnB stay with children or with parties of 4-5 persons. The kitchen was fully stocked (& had extras too like snacks!) coffee machine with Keurig coffee cups, toaster oven and plenty of cookware /utensils as well as dry ingredients. The rooms were all so artfully and thoughtfully decorated. Room temperature comfortable throughout the entire house. Everything clean, orderly with beautiful decor to boot. There were so many extras about this property that we didn’t even have time to use! But the soul-mending garden outside was perhaps the loveliest perk of already peaceful grounds. We have family here in Quincy, FL, so the next time we come down to visit them we’ll definitely be looking to stay here again!

Very quiet and peaceful stay! Backyard is relaxing and fenced in - perfect for pets! Amber was very responsive and is an exceptional host.

Josue's place is amazing! the place was clean, easy to access, each bedroom has a bathroom. I mean the place was prestine when we came in. Everything in good working order and no issues whatsoever l. Josue is very responsive and accommodating. I definitely recommend his place.

Suhail is an amazing host, and this condo is like being at home. Anything you need, Suhail takes care of it immediately.

We drive down to spend Easter with our son who’s at FSU. The house was perfect for our gathering. Nice neighborhood and beautiful back yard. Gregg was friendly and responsive. Would stay here again!

Joanna's place was wonderful for us! It was super clean and very nicely located near some restaurants. Even though it's close to the stadium, you wouldn't know from inside the home -- very quiet. Moreover, Joanna was very responsive and she went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and had everything we needed for this week-long stay. Definitely recommended!

Location seemed to be safe and was easy to get to. Spacious living room and back yard. Entire place was clean and stocked with plenty of clean towels for our stay.

We enjoyed our month long stay and wished we had booked longer. Our days were spent lounging in the screened pool area. We felt right at home. Alan checked in several times to ensure we had everything needed. We would stay here again.

Our group had a wonderful stay in Bob & Sherry’s place. The home was spacious and immaculate. The yard and lake were peaceful and beautiful. It was the perfect location for enjoying Lake Talquin & the surrounding forests, as well as visiting Tallahassee. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our few days at this spot in midtown Tallahassee. The location relative to town was great, but keep in mind it is on a busy road and the side drive leads to multiple apartments. The blinds and curtains were nice, but not all windows had both, so headlights were distracting. The kitchen was our favorite part, and the laundry was a blessing. The beds were comfortable. Definitely stay here when you have more than just a couple people!

The interior design is amazing. Each room illicit an emotion. The living room has a joyful feeling. The bedroom is serene. The dining room is colorful and fun. The back patio has lots of trees with tons of birds. Nice place to relax. Definitely would recommend!!

We had a quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable stay over Thanksgiving! Susan and Michael were very responsive. They provided photos of the kitchen items so I could better plan for our Thanksgiving meal. They quickly took care of an unplanned utility issue with minimal disturbance to our stay to make things fully functional. The beds were comfortable and linens we clean and soft. The entire house was very clean with a fully functional kitchen. We enjoyed playing the 80s video games on the Packman video machine. Our dogs enjoyed the small fenced in dog area for safe potty breaks. And the view of Lake Talquin was just beautiful! We had a great day visiting Wakulla Springs. Recommend making reservations for the boat tour online well in advance. The Dollar General is just a few mile down the street was well stocked for last minute necessities. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Really cute home that appears to have been recently renovated. Nice layout, very quiet, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit, genau das richtige für uns. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll mit viel Augenmerk für’s Detail ausgestattet. Nicht zu vergessen die sehr komfortablen Matratzen… ein Traum. Ich würde jederzeit dort wieder mieten. Danke, dass wir hier zu Gast sein durften

The cutest little touches with muffins and candy when you get there! The location is surrounded by woods, but easily accessible not far from north Monroe street! There is a lot of walking traffic.The space itself was clean, which was a big plus, but I did find the decor and amenities to be a bit outdated. The beds weren’t the comfiest, but again, hard to beat the location!

We had a great time at Melissa's. Our toddler loved the goats and freedom.
