Fantastic stay. The place could use a little TLC but I found the apartment to be quite charming and perfect for my needs. For the price and location you can’t beat it.

Our stay at was fabulous! Although we only stayed for one night we would definitely stay here again. This was a week of college tours and this home was within walking distance to FAMU. A perfect location! The home was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Checking in and out was super easy and we had adequate parking. The host and co-host were very responsive and helped make our experience great. Thank you Calvin, for a beautiful and inviting home and for being so conveniently located to where we needed to be. We will definitely look for availability at your home the next time we are coming to Tallahassee.

This is a charming old apartment in a complex that was turned into condos some years ago. The exterior of the complex is misleadingly dingy--concrete block with water stains from a few window units. It's bohemian, with hardwood floors, two balconies, old furniture, and a lot of character. The building does not front the street, so there is a green courtyard between it and the buildings in front of it that has walkways, huge live oaks, and a bench. You can hear birdsong most of the time from inside. A lake is within walking distance, as is an organic grocery. Landlord was out of state and relied on the previous rental tenant to clean the apartment, so it was not pristine. The landlord now has a housekeeper to clean it after every stay. Some necessities were missing--dish towels, a toilet scrubber, a bath rug--but the landlord was EXTREMELY responsive and everything was supplied. He even had safety hooks put on the screen doors! You will love it if you are artsy and want peace.

Josue's place is amazing! the place was clean, easy to access, each bedroom has a bathroom. I mean the place was prestine when we came in. Everything in good working order and no issues whatsoever l. Josue is very responsive and accommodating. I definitely recommend his place.

I understand why Tim is a SuperHost. He responds immediately when you communicate any if your needs to him. If anything needs his attention, he is on it without hesitation. You can tell he works extremely hard to make his guest stay comfortable and cozy. The home has everything you can think of as a necessity for your stay. The towels and linen are hotel quality. The beds are super comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud during my stay. The kitchen has EVERYTHING even a few paper plates and cups to help you out on a late night arrival. Paper towels, toilet paper, Qtips, and cotton balls are provided. The bathroom has a Bodywash, Shampoo, and Soap Dispenser. An Iron and Ironing board is also provided. Tim has made his home your home away from home. Very simple, quiet, cozy, and comfortable Country living. Thanks for a great stay! My family and I felt safe and comfortable. i hope to be back again one day, if ever back in the area. This was a great find!

I had a wonderful stay in Tallahassee! Our rental was clean & cozy and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the hosts were great. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here to have Thanksgiving with our kids in town. The place was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything was clean and the rooms were very sound proof. We were able to cook and host and entire Thanksgiving dinner for 12 people. Henry was a great host and very responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family was in town for FAMU’s graduation. Check-in was seamless and once inside each room had a separate combination lock. The location is unbeatable. Within walking distance to the event location. The apartment is very well appointed with most things you will need. The space was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. Carter was responsive to all of our questions and very accommodating. We recommend this house for any family gathering.

The Nole Nest was well appointed, clean and in a very convenient location. The decor is thoughtful and the bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have the check out time at 11am rather than 10am but that’s because we were out late the night before. Overall a great stay for our daughter’s FSU graduation weekend!
