Our “Downtown Duplex-Unit 2” is the 2 BR/1 Ba unit in our 1930’s Craftsman style duplex. Our recently renovated duplex offers mid century modern decor, beautiful hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. An air mattress is available upon request. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

This is a great space for a family looking to escape the busyness of life and give the kids a hands on farm experience. Guests can roam around on their own or tag along as we do our daily chores and learn about all of the different animals. There is a pond that you can fish, canoe, kayak, or paddle boat in. We also have a fire pit, above ground pool, and even a chapel to give you the relaxing getaway that we all need from time to time.
