5 minutes away from Bolles Harbor, this home is everything you will need to have a great trip. Extra long and wide driveway. Two boats fit in the driveway. Backing straight into the driveway is possible by pulling into the parking lot across the road. Newly renovated. Fish cleaning tables and gut storage in garage. If your boat/trailer is less than 80" tall and 26' long use the garage for boat storage. Charge your boat. The house is across the street from a train track.

Bedroom with en suite bath is located on second floor (no elevator) of a beautiful Victorian house turned apartment building. Bedroom includes one queen sized bed, one upholstered chair, microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker, smart tv and xfinity wifi. Private bath includes tub/shower. There is no kitchen or kitchenette and no space for food preparation. Free washer and dryer are available in the basement.
