Our quiet, peaceful apartment features modern kitchen, pantry, large living room, work-space area, breakfast nook, back yard, street parking, 5 minutes to Haggin Museum, University of the Pacific, Dameron Hospital, Dignity Health/St. Joseph's Hospital. 15 minutes to SJ County Hospital, Lodi Wineries and restaurants, 45 minutes to Sacramento, to Livermore Premium Outlets, 90 minutes to San Francisco or to the Napa Valley Wine Train. While on vacation resting and relaxing here is an easy option.

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Welcome to a charming, custom tiny home surrounded by a small urban farm. The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!
