House has an open floor plan with kitchen opening into large living space, with two couches that makes a bed, that opens to front patio with gas grill, table, chairs, umbrella and that is connected to sun room with couch and sitting area. Skip the traffic! Located only 1 mile from cedar point and downtown Sandusky our 3 bedrooms, 1,600 square ft, open concept home is a convenient choice for your next vacation! Upgraded amentities and unique experiences make our place a one of a kind gem! Watch the evening firework show from the master bedroom or walk to a nearby brewery (4 blocks away). King bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and a very spacious couch. Plus plenty of space to blow up air mattress. House was fully renovated in 2015.

"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

Beautiful apartment only blocks from the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential library & museum and a short 10 minute walk to downtown Fremont. We are located 35 minutes from cedar point. The apartment sleeps up to 4 and has one queen bed and one queen pull out couch bed. It is located next to wonderful neighbors in a dog friendly neighborhood. Off street parking is available through alley, acces behind the apartment. It is a charming place to stay on vacation or traveling for work!
