We loved Roberto’s flat! It was perfectly comfortable, and Lido di Ostia was quiet and perfect to explore. The flat is only a 5 minute walk from the metro station, so public transportation to Rome is perfectly accessible and easy, though it is important to keep in mind it will take about an hour to get to the city center. Worth it to get solace in such a peaceful little town, though!

Caroline's place was lovely! Even larger than we expected! The house is supplied with all sorts of amenities. Thank you for the coffee and fruit! We loved our stay there and would love to return some day!

if you are looking to book a stay near rome airport, then book this property without second thought. it's only 10 mins away from airport 2-3 mins you will get grocery stores, beach is just walking steps away and dedicated parking spot.

El alojamiento fue espectacular, todo estuvo de maravillas!. Homaira fue una excelente anfitriona, siempre amable, dedicada y preocupada para que todo este bien. Realmente me sentí como en mi casa. Sin lugar a dudas volvería a este increíble Departamento.

It was perfectly located for our stay and met and exceeded our expectations. Parking was also very easy. Lovely view of the beachfront as well as close proximity to station and therefor allowed good access to Rome. With Thanks!

Der Aufenthalt war super! Aufgrund eines nationalen Streiks konnte ich kaum von dem Flughafen anreisen, Vito war sehr entgegenkommend und hat lange Zeit auf mich gewartet und mich schließlich auch von dem Bahnhof in Ostia abgeholt. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

l'appartement de Simone est conforme à sa description. Lumineux, très confortable, au calme entouré d'un espace arboré, à 10 mn à pied de la gare ferroviaire, à 100m de la mer, tout équipé . Notre hôte s'est montré très disponible et bienveillant. Je recommande sans hésitation ce logement pour un court ou un long séjour, à 35mn de Rome par le train.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

We had a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for proximity to sea and the airport. They are friendly and kind family!

Such an amazing place to spend the last two days of our trip. We booked last minute due to some personal reasons and Frederica, accepted and communicated immediately. Hi, for us Andrea was a perfect host.. Always replying on time/ friendly/ supporting/.. The location was beautiful.. Private garden with bbq and close to the sea.. The house was clean and everything was available.. We had a very good time there!! J* from Belgium

The place was great. All of the local restaurants are amazing, and the staff at each and every one of them were so nice and kind—especially given the fact we don’t speak their language—at least one person at each restaurant speaks English, which makes it super easy, so don’t be intimidated. Michele was very friendly, and check in was easy. Pros: cleanliness; right across from the ocean; 15 min walk to grocery store/train station; safe area; local restaurants; blow dryer; inexpensive to get to the city (€1.50 per person one way, and that ticket works for the entire leg of your trip no matter what form of transportation you take) Cons: longer than 30 mins to get to Rome city center (plan a minimum of 60 mins); unable to control the temperature of the apartment yourself, you must ask the host to do it for you (she did, but it was still a slightly inconvenient).

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Wir hatten einen tollen einwöchigen Urlaub in Fabios Apartment in Lido di Ostia. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und sauber mit traumhafter Terrasse. Sie liegt sehr nah an der Metromare-Station Lido Nord, die uns regelmäßig innerhalb von ca. 35 Minuten ins Zentrum von Rom gebracht hat. An dieser Station kann man problemlos die Tickets am Automaten kaufen. Kartenzahlung ist möglich. Die Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen Fiumicino und zu anderen Zielen liegt nur ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber die außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft von Fabio, der uns per Messenger über den gesamten Zeitraum immer wieder wertvolle Tipps zur An- und Abreise, Tickets für den Nahverkehr, empfehlenswerten Geschäften und Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Tagen mit vergünstigten Eintrittspreisen etc. gegeben hat. Es liegt Fabio sehr viel daran, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Besser geht es nicht. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter! Danke! ☺

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

This place is a gem. We unfortunately didn't have enough time in Ostia, but we had a wonderful, comfortable stay. Federico's sister helped us get settled in person...really nice. There are wonderful restaurants. Getting to the airport was much easier than it would have been from Rome as well.

Beautiful, clean penthouse a short drive from Fiumicino Airport. Alessia was very responsive and helpful, even giving me taxi advice when ride share wasn’t working. Highly recommend

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

Schöne Wohnung für eine kurze Erholung. Rom schnell und gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Region als solche ist vielleicht nicht für den klassischen Strandurlaub zu empfehlen - aber mit dem Auto sind schöne Ecken schnell erreichbar

Mir ist Sauberkeit immer am wichtigsten wenn ich ein Airbnb buche. In diesem Fall hat es perfekt gepasst! - gesamte Apartment war sauber, genug Platz, mit einem süßen Meeres Ausblick - einfach zu finden und gut gelegen - sehr ruhige Umgebung - man kommt schnell nach Rom - von außen eher herabgekommen aber von innen sehr modern Im allgemeinen würde ich dieses Apartment erneut buchen und ich kann es nur empfehlen! Danke 🙏
