Situee sur 3 ha dans les bois avec un accès au bord de l'eau à Harraseeket Cove et au port de South Freeport, idéal pour le kayak! Seulement 5 minutes des nombreux magasins, restaurants, bars, etc. de LLBean et Freeport. Wolfes Neck State Park et ses superbes sentiers côtiers et forêts sont à moins d'un mile.

Unwind with spectacular sunrises from this sunny waterfront cottage on a tidal cove in the Kennebec River! This is the perfect home base for a midcoast Maine getaway. The post-and-beam cottage has cozy furnishings and expansive views across a field, pond, and cove. Bald eagles and osprey soar overhead, sturgeon leap in the river & nights are full of stars. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. Bathroom is downstairs, bedroom is upstairs. Owners live on property with small dog.

Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond and tennis court.

Fantastically located just over a mile from beautiful Winslow Park's walking trails and beach, four miles south of downtown Freeport's shopping and 15 miles north of the popular city of Portland. Housebroken and well behaved pets welcome to join their humans!

The Haven is a modern, luxurious cabin that lets you experience the outdoors in exquisite comfort. This particular cabin is often called the "honeymoon suite" because, along with #23, it is our most secluded on the entire property. It features large windows over the bed looking overlooking tall pines and a beautiful stream. It has a small kitchenette, a built-in seating nook with a table, and queen sleeper sofa. There is also a private deck with chairs and an outdoor seating area!

This very spacious and light filled apartment has beautiful views of a marsh and the headwaters of the Harraseeket River. It is also across the street from a 100+ acre bird sanctuary. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, a full in the large living room, and a twin in a small nook under the eaves off of the kitchen. You can put kayaks in across the street and it is a short 20 minute walk into downtown Freeport. Great year-round location.
