The location is truly as beautiful as the photos show. So many special touches from decor to the spa like bathroom made the stay extra cozy. The house is extremely well stocked, especially the kitchen and the shed! We loved kayaking. Much more shallow than we anticipated which for us was perfect. The stars were visible while in the hot tub at night. We loved all the available spots to sit and relax. We used the fire pit to stay warm one morning while enjoying the sunrise with our coffee. We used the grill for dinner one night as well as dining out at the recommended local spots. The only minor inconveniences were not having screens on the sliding doors, running out of toilet paper (but the DG grocery is close) and the WiFi went out and Robert never responded to my texts. (I was able to locate and restart the router on my own.) All in all it was a wonderful spot for a quick getaway to unwind!

We stayed at this house for a short break to visit Chincoteague Island, and it was a wonderful experience. The house was very clean and nicely decorated with a relaxing beach vibe. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The location is great—close to beautiful beaches, the wildlife refuge, and many good food spots nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Had a nice mini stay over Easter weekend. Lovely home, so cute and comfortable. Loved the main bedroom with the covered porch. The house was so clean and everything worked really well, no issues at all during our stay.

Great spot for a mother/daughters retreat. We enjoyed the cozy and cute decor and each having our own space in the Seaside Cottage. Also, the kitchen was will equipped and we made several meals together as a family. Just a short drive to everything on the island and super close to water and the Misty Pasture. Kathleen was a wonderful host— responsive and proactive throughout our stay. We had a wonderful visit!

Christy 's cottage in Chincoteague was everything and more! Just as beautiful as the pictures posted. The perfect beach oasis on the block! it is a true transfer from cottage to beach! Walking distance to some great eats and treats! Even a reprieve for your furry friend; she thought of everything from inside to outside! Something special in every room. You will not be disappointed!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and both times the space has been well-maintained and clean! It’s feels homey and comfortable. The bed is comfortable, as well!

An excellent stay! The location is terrific for walking to town as well as front porch sitting! Beds in all 4 rooms are very comfortable. House had thoughtful amenities throughout, plenty of fresh towels, well appointed kitchen, comfortable seating in gathering spaces, super clean…. Things in the home are good quality and beautiful details.

We had an amazing stay at White Heron Cottage! It was clean, bright, and quiet. Ashley was incredibly responsive and made everything easy. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

We had an amazing time at Angela and Billie's beachfront property! We took our 9 week old puppy and she enjoyed it just as much as we did. The privacy of the beach was spectacular as well as having access to their kayaks. We brought food with us and cooked each day, the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil we would look for. As a neat freak I appreciated the attention to cleanliness in all aspects of the property. If you are looking to book this place, do it!! You won't regret it.
