We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Short drive north to Ann Arbor, south to Toledo and anywhere in between!

Take your next weekend or week-long getaway in this adorable cottage right next to Evan's Lake. Enjoy serene water views from the bedroom and living area and savor some morning coffee or tea on the side patio. Take a pair of kayaks out on the water for a relaxing ride or make a campfire by the lake shore to unwind during slow summer evenings. Sorry, there is no boat launch for this lake. Owner lives right next door and is available for any assistance needed.

Getaway Weekend -Deluxe One Bedroom

Coming to the Big Game! Avoid sky high Ann Arbor prices on Hotels and Aribnbs. Drive 40 minutes and save hundreds. Three day minimum at all times. $400 for the three day weekend. Or pay for 3, use 2. You will still save. One Queen Bed in the bedroom, plus top of the line Queen air mattress in the living room. ath and a half. I can give parking advice not far from the Big House. Driving from the south save all the congestion of the freeways.
