My husband, 11 yr old son, and I stayed three nights while visiting Nashville. This location was perfect for us, an upscale neighborhood right next to a huge park, and within 12 minutes drive of all the places we wanted to check out while in the city. John's place looks even bigger and better than the photos, with fresh, clean, wonderful smelling towels and linens, super comfy queen bed, and bonus queen air mattress. Attention to detail is seen in the provided extras such as toiletries, coffee, a thoughtful binder of local recommendations, and cold waters in the garage fridge. Ran into John just once as we were always on the go, but had a nice chat and he's super friendly. If you have three or more in your family just be prepared to either take quick showers or alternate am and pm showers as the hot water tank is limited. We didn't have a problem but noticed we were using it up quickly. Thanks for the awesome hospitality! 5 stars!

We loved our stay at Catherine and John's beautiful guest house in Nashville! They were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful hosts, the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and beautiful, and the neighborhood was lovely and walkable with lots to do. We only wish we could have stayed for longer! Thank you!

What a lovely stay we had at Bill and Judy's! Everything you could want and more! Comfortable beds, ample amenities for our needs, and kind and friendly hosts. We were not there more than to shower and sleep as we had a busy schedule in the city - but how amazing it was to come home to this beautiful and comfortable space and get a great, quiet night of sleep. So peaceful and such a beautiful setting. You can tell that lots of effort was put into anticipating guests needs, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. Definitely a top Airbnb stay for us! We had a nice quiet stay, just wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful house and neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Great host too.

Franks place was easy to find, plenty of street side parking available and the apartment was a perfect stay for a few nights in Nashville. It was spotless and the kitchen was really well stocked if you want to cook/stay in. Also nice walking distance to Five Points and we also walked into Downtown no problem - Would recommend

We stayed here one night when we went to downtown Nashville and it did not disappoint!!! The home is very beautiful and clean!! Kelly was quick to answer any questions I had and overall was a very great host!! Would definitely stay here again!! 10-10 recommend if you need a place to stay while in Nashville!!!

wow, what a wonderful stay and wonderful host!! The apartment was very private and in a great area of east Nashville!! Everything in East Nashville was a 5-15 min walk away and downtown was a short drive over the bridge! the place was super clean and exactly as described. Allyson was always responsive and very nice!! we had everything we needed and more! I would definitely stay here again!

Super clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Kids loved the foosball table and the electric organ. Hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of driving. Would stay again!

We had a great stay here in Nashville. The neighbourhood is very safe and friendly, lots of lovely bars and local restaurants. A short trip to Broadway if you want to go and Ubers a plenty. The apartment has everything needed. Very easy check in and Jessica was always at hand if needed. Even had a little book of recommendations! Overall a great stay and made our first ever trip to Nashville one to remember!

Cute place, comfortable bed, respectful hosts. Great place if traveling with pets. Quick drive to Nashville sights.

Wonderful stay, loved patio and wild birds in the backyard. Host was quick to fix a breaker that popped and chickens in the yard were fun to watch. Highly recomend

This was our second time staying at Linda and Jeff’s cozy apartment! The location couldn’t be better for us while we were at Belmont for the weekend. It has great character and is super clean. Our only regret is that we have missed out on being able to book it for our next two trips to Nashville, as someone else snagged it before we could. We will keep be back, though!☺️

The Lucids’ family are good people, we truly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is so peaceful and friendly. We went on a walk with the kids and every single person waved at us and said hi. Throughout our stay it was so refreshing when Greg kept reaching out to see if we need anything. They even gave us a welcome wine with a nice card. This is the best Airbnb in the Nashville area. Highly recommend staying with them if you are ever in Nashville. Thank you!

My stay at Randy's place was great! It was very neat, clean, quaint, and had all the necessities & essentials that I needed. I love the way it was decorated with the calm, soothing colors with a perfect blend of modern & cozy. As an avid music lover and former music player (trombone & piano), I especially appreciated the use of musical instruments used as decor pieces. There is a bit of a walk to get from the driveway to the door entrance, but thankfully the weather was dry the whole time I was there, making it easy to navigate. The scenery along the way, with the back yard trees, gave a forest-like feel that was very relaxing, especially if you're a nature lover. And with it being spring, the sweet smell of flowers along the way was divine. There's also a private deck area, w/ seating, outside the door where you can relax & enjoy the outdoors. Randy's place was close to the expressway, restaurants, & less than 10 minutes from the airport, which was very convenient. Highly recommend!

My second stay at Brittney's place! I love this location when I visit Nashville. So easy to get to everything and the most comfortable apartment to call home! Brittney is always responsive and a great host all around. Five star stay in every way!

We loved staying here for the weekend! The guest suite is private and in a great location. The apartment is bigger than it looked in photos and very nice! We loved being in East Nashville as well. The host is also very responsive and friendly.

This place is so cozy and clean! It’s an 8 min drive to broadway or a 10 min walk to 12th avenue for great food and shopping. It’s also super close to Belmont university. Anytime I come back to Nashville this is where I’ll stay! Thank you so much;)
