Enjoy our dock - fish, swim and use our two kayaks, paddle board and a canoe. Plenty of space to tie your boat up to our dock in a mostly private cove. Enjoy the two fireplaces in a “rustic” meets “modern” log cabin on 10 acres of privacy that is adjoined to over 2000 acres of park land. There is 450 ft of lake front & private dock to store your boat/toys, but the dock is not usable Nov 1 to April 1. Enjoy nature walks, spend lake time with friends or just relax taking in the amazingly beautiful views, hot tub and amenities. This truly is our happy place.

Lake Retreat w/Marina, Golf Cart, Game Room, Pool

This beautiful Lake home is located in the pristine community of Twin Creeks and just steps away from the marina! Bring your own boat to launch at the marinas private dock. No boat? no problem! The Marina offers the following rentals: pontoon boats, kayaks and paddle boards. The on-site store will take care of all of your boating needs including gas, beverages, sunscreen, snacks etc… and Drafts and Watercrafts bar and grill which frequently features live music on the weekends.

The Hangout on Heath Lane

Built in the late 1940's as a working milk barn, the Milk Barn Cottage is 800 sq. ft of cozy comfort. The cottage is near the foot of Monteagle Mountain in the beautiful Pelham Valley. We are half-way between Nashville and Chattanooga, about 2 miles off exit 127 on I-24. The Caverns is about an 8 minute drive away. Pelham has quaint restaurants to visit plus all of the natural beauty in our area. We are also just 13 miles from Sewanee and the University of the South.
