Our family had a great time at April’s. We enjoyed playing pool, ping pong, and sitting in the hot tub while watching movies! We also had fun fishing from the dock. The many steps getting back up to the house were challenging but doable with one or two stops on the way up. Our visit was in March and the basement bedroom became uncomfortably cold in the middle of the night. There were enough blankets but was chilly when getting up to use the bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our big family to spread out.

The kitchen was excellent to cook in and well supplied. We gathered at the island for meals & sat on the patio with the gas/wood fire fireplace at night. In a gated community & only a few miles from the marina! It was just perfect! Thanks again!

This was our second time visiting the property and we had a great time. The host was very responsive we added a couple of days to our visit and it went very smoothly. The views from the property are great and walking distance to the Winchester town square. Very dog friendly with a great deck over looking the Tim’s Ford water. We will definitely stay again and experience the property in the summer season. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our stay. Looked even better in person than in the pictures! It was clean with nice decor. The kitchen was equipped with enough for us to cook for our large group each night. We had plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the pool table, ping pong and fuseball. The management company was responsive any time we had a reason to reach out. We would definitely book again!

This home was fantastic. We really appreciated the baby gear including safety gates, and the air hockey and football tables downstairs. The kitchen was well-equipped to cook for our crew of 7

We had such a lovely stay for a quiet girls weekend. Sara was very responsive and the house was clean and worked perfectly for our group. Kitchen was stocked with all essentials and plenty of gathering spots available for snacking and meals. Being on the lake was a bonus and enjoyed sitting outside for sunsets and a nice fire on a cooler fall evening! We also enjoyed being 20 minutes from great hiking spots.

11/10 ⭐️s! The house and overall experience was fantastic! The house was incredibly clean and had all household essentials that you would need. Plenty of towels. Excellent kitchen. Great hot tub and fire pit. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Nice sized table for eating and board games. Great for a family staycation in the winter months too. Rose was an excellent host. Incredibly responsive and detailed. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The home itself was stunning—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway (added bonus was the air hockey table)! The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking, and we loved spending time on the deck just taking in the scenery. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

Love my stay

With an expansive view of Tim’s Ford Lake from a bluff on a private and peaceful peninsula, we had a lovely stay in this well appointed and affordable place. The lake is accessible from stairs down to a peaceful dock from which kayaks can be launched. It also gives easy access to tailwater below the dam where we caught a goodly number of rainbow and brown trout. Being able to watch movies in the evening after grilling out on the enormous projection unit with surround sound was quite a bonus. The view from the master overlooking the lake, and the wind down opportunity in the hot tub with the same gorgeous view were really fantastic features as well. We had a lovely time.

This exceptionally clean home is perfect for workers on the road, as well as anyone looking for peace and seclusion. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating and understanding. All amenities were as listed and splendidly maintained. This is a must stay in the area for whatever your accommodation needs!

Great place to stay right on Tim's Ford Lake. You can walk to the boat ramp right behind the house or use the golf cars to access it. House was super clean. If you are going for a weekend on the water there is enough room to park a boat in the driveway and its 1 mile to the boat ramp! Will stay again!

Staying here made moving from out of state so much easier until we could get into our house

We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and absolutely loved it. Even in January it was beautiful and we enjoyed the walking trails and the hot tub. The house was clean and well decorated. I will definitely be staying in this area again in the warmer months.

Great home! Quiet! Very safe neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Comfy beds! Functional kitchen for cooking in. The restaurant that’s within walking distance was closed during our visit …but when it’s open, that’s a huge plus as it could cut down on travel. Just over an hour to Nashville… the lake was just coming back to life from the winter. Will definitely return! Great game room for kids to play! The basketball game was a hit!

Loved Caitlin’s property. It was the perfect fit for our family trip to the lake. The golf cart was helpful to get to the marina and enjoy the restaurant, though it was also an easy walk. We enjoyed the screened in porch and fully stocked accommodations. Will definitely be back soon!

Celebrated my husbands 40th birthday at this AirBnb and it was absolutely perfect! Jennifer was responsive to any question we had and the home was beautiful and super clean! We couldn't have asked for a better place!

The interior of this home was freshly renovated and was spotless inside. We loved the property and fenced in yard so our dogs could enjoy the stay, too. Exterior of the home could use some TLC - especially considering the price we paid to stay here during non-peak lake season. We loved our stay and would certainly entertain coming again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! We stayed at Tims Ford Lake for a family reunion and had family members in 3 other homes in this neighborhood. It was really nice to have everyone within walking distance. This home is really nice, it had everything that we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it to others.
