It includes a living room, two full baths, dining area, full kitchen and laundry room. Outside is a deck area with a table and chairs off of the sunroom and a front porch made for rest & relaxation while watching the cows graze.

While staying at the Cottage, you may meet Dromedary camels, make friends with a strawberry loving African warthog, or sneak a peak of hatching cygnets. At night, enjoy peace and quiet in the North Georgia air and wake up refreshed & ready for another day on the farm! A unique experience for families, friends, and couples of any age.

The Tiny Giant lake house

Charming 900Sqft lakefront "tiny" house that packs a punch into such a small space! Private bedroom on the main floor along with a full bath, open kitchen, dining and living space with tons of natural light! There is also a loft bedroom that has it's own bathroom with a shower! The bedroom, loft, and main living space all have independently adjustable AC units for maximum comfort! Coming off the back deck it is an easy walk to the swim platform dock.
