Great place to rent in the winter, well ventilated and plenty of fans to go around. Spacious kitchen, living room area, bathroom and master bedroom. Very secure and centrally located to most places with easy access to buses and other transportation. The Montero Fruits and Vegetables Market is a great place to stock up on most things to keep things less expensive. The meat shop a block away is great too and has great chicharrón and carnitas on Thursday and Sundays. The host is always available, answers promptly and most importantly takes immediate action (great example when the water pump gave out on New Year’s Eve and he handled it within the hour). It can be a bit dusty for those with allergies, but nothing too concerning. I can confidently recommend.

Great Location, clean and comfortable unit in newer building with beautiful rooftop pool area overlooking Banderas Bay. Close proximity to Malacon, Zona Romantica, cute local restaurants and shops. Just know there are some steep hills if you are walking! Only little thing was that there was no washer/dryer on the premises but there are lavenderias nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

My stay at Israel’s apartment in Centro, Puerto Vallarta, was absolutely fantastic! Perfectly located in the heart of Centro, this cozy spot is just steps from the Malecón, Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, and a vibrant mix of restaurants, cafés, and local markets. It’s the ideal base for diving into the city’s culture and charm while having a comfortable place to recharge. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a great stay—a comfy bed, a functional kitchen, and a nice little balcony for morning coffee. Israel was an outstanding host—super responsive. Check-in was a breeze, and he went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. The Centro location is unbeatable. I walked to beaches, galleries, and nightlife in minutes, yet the apartment was quiet enough for restful sleep. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with friends, this place is perfect for experiencing the heart of Puerto Vallarta. I can’t wait to return!

We were two couples and absolutely loved Vallarta Shores and #7. Great location at the end of the beach with easy walking to everything! The condo was very comfortable and beautiful Ocean front for both bedrooms was fantastic. Kitchen had all the basics with nice fridge and stove. Wifi excellent. Beach front pool and Palapas for condos were perfect. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Sarah and Tamara are fantastic hosts. They made sure we were happy and we felt at home for our entire stay. Tamara instructed my first surf experience and she was great! Friendly and passionate. You can rent boards from the house at a better price than you can get on the beach too. We were worried that we would be hot without AC, but there are multiple powerful fans that keep the place ventilated and cool. It’s a seaside town so all of the roads are steep and hilly. It’s not a downside because you can actually access the town quicker if you go by the back way, which also has nice cafes and shops on the way to the beach. We didn’t feel the need to rent a vehicle because the airbnb is in a great location. Would highly recommend staying here!

Muy agusto el departamento la zona tiene todo para no salir de departamento la zona cuenta con muchos restaurantes y lugares para comer cualquier tipo de comida que se te ocurra lo vas encontrar y siempre te regala una bolsa de cortesía

This house is amazing and so beautifully designed. The pictures really don't do it justice. We were very active out and about most days but it was really easy to have a "home" day. The patios and balconies are inviting and peaceful. Such a great place to relax and recharge. Everything is easy to get to, but I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around especially at night. Highly recommend.

Todo estuvo muy bien, solo que la zona no se ve tan segura y al lado habia unos albañiles trabajando y hacian ruido. Pero fuera de eso todo muy bien.

This house is unbelievably comfortable and gorgeously decorated. Jaime has set up this home to meet all of your needs, to the point where we only left for grocery/supply runs. The private pool is worth the house alone, but having the ability have the giant doors open makes the home airy and so cozy. Jaime was also quick to respond for anything we needed, and even helped my fiance, who requested a bouquet of roses to be waiting for me as a birthday surprise. Jaime met us at the house to welcome us and answer any questions we had, and came by to wish us well upon our departure. We will absolutely be back! Loved every single minute of staying at this home!

Súper cómoda la casa , las Áreas comunes son para todas las casas del coto cosa q no leí , pero super limpias muy buen mantenimiento diario y la casa cuenta con todo lo básico para una estancia agradable

We had a wonderful stay at this place. We had 7 people and it was very spacious. Every room had a bathroom upstairs. With two other bathrooms downstairs. The living room area and kitchen are very large and open with great space to gather in. This was the same for the outside area. Host was very great at communicating and accommodating at check in and late check out. One recommendation would be to supply more toilet paper, dishwasher pods, small seasonings (for cooking), dish towels and sharper knives for cooking. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect,just a short, easy 10-minute walk to the town plaza and some truly incredible restaurants. Despite being so close to town, the area was very quiet at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The rooms were spotless, and the bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and was also very clean and organized. The hosts were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We loved spending time by the pool, which had both sunny and shady areas throughout the day,great for whatever mood you're in. The rooftop was another favorite spot, offering beautiful views and comfortable seating. Whether you wanted to soak up the sun on the loungers or chill in the shaded area, it was the ideal place to unwind. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the pillows and linens were high quality,soft and cozy. As a bonus, they even had cold beer waiting!

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

We stayed at Patsy's place for a month in March/April 2025 and we had a great stay! We loved the quiet Northside location and used the heated pool and hot tub every day - it was a nice touch to have it heated! The house manager heped us with any little issue we had and was quick to help. Having the reverse osmosis system for drinking water was fantastic! One thing I would recommend would be an update to pots/pans, but that's pretty much standard with any airbnb!

Great location and amazing view!! Loved the hammocks and outdoor furniture- Comfortable and great big table for playing games. Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

Nuestra estancia fue de lo mejor, nos encanto el lugar estaba tal cual las fotos, cómodas las camas, que para nosotros si es rambien importante para descansar, me encanto que estaba cerca de la plaza caracol y plaza la isla y de ahi te puedes ir a la playa caminando o en carro ya que hay zona para estacionarte, y el alojamiento cuenta con sombrilla y sillas de playa, hielera. La alberca esta super limpia es un lugar tranquilo tienen muchas reglas respecto al área de alberca pero la verdad sin flexibles. En pocas palabras super recomendado

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!

The place is exactly as pictured. The sheets were great and the evenings were very quiet! The hill looks daunting at first view, but it is easily mastered. Pool is great and the evening view of all the sparkling lights is gorgeous.

Great location and great place. With a little one / family in tow the deck railings made us a little nervous (somewhat large gaps). But all was fine, and we had a fantastic week!

Fully enjoyed our week at this property. Host was very responsive and helpful. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the humpbacks play in the ocean!!! Will be back for sure -- may have to make this an annual trip!
