Rustic Lakefront cottage in Hamilton, NY. Private dock, paddle boat included (float in lake not ours). Cottage is not insulated but has a propane heating stove. In case of very cold weather bring a space heater. 4 bedrooms (rooms have curtains instead of doors). 5 beds plus futon on enclosed porch. Has WIFI. Full kitchen, dining room and bath with shower. Grill included. Guests must bring sheets, towels, pillowcases, paper towels, toilet paper, food, etc (pillows & blankets provided).

In the spring, summer and fall enjoy close proximity to lakes, town, major hiking trails, restaurants and other attractions that the area has to offer. Old Forge is just a 20 min drive and Inlet village is just a leisurely walk away!

A large open air porch makes a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee, large enough for evening entertaining after a day at the beach which is only a 2 minute walk away.

Birches at 4 Seasons Cottages 4th Lake, Old Forge

Birches Cottage is part of Four Seasons Cottages on 4th lake. Birches is a cozy camp with 2 bedrooms both with queen beds, a bathroom with a tub and shower. It is very near our sandy beach where we have Adirondack chairs for guests to use while watching the sunrise over the Lake. We only rent by the week in July and August with check in and out only on Saturdays. we have Adirondack chairs on beach, WIFI TV pillows, blankets/comforters, please bring your own sheets and towels.

Our cottage is located in the desirable Hillcrest neighborhood and is a short 6 min walk to downtown. Stroll three blocks, one through the park and you will be in the heart of downtown by the movie theater where there are plenty of restaurants and things to do. The rate is for 4 guests, however we can accommodate 5, at an additional charge of $50.
