Warm and Cozy 1 Room apartment centrally located in the city of Malmö. Simply Furnished and effciently designed with Scandinavian livingstyle in mind. Suitable for wide range of people from weekend travellers, city tourers or business trips. Apartment is centrally located with bus-stop just outside the apartment. the buses run every 10min during the day and every 20 minute after midnight. The buses run directly to the central station. High Speed Internet for one who love to work as they travel.

Här har du allt du behöver för ett kortare boende. Lägenheten ligger centralt på Limhamn nära till Malmö Arena (ca 4 km) och till Malmö city (ca 5 km). Här finns en dubbelsäng, en soffa, ett litet matrumsbord, pentry med kylskåp, spis med två plattor, ugn samt mikrovågsugn. I badrummet finns toalett, handfat, dusch och tvättmaskin. I lägenheten finns också en öppen spis. Det är dock inte tillåtet att elda i den men lite stämningsfulla ljus går bra att tända. Fritt Internet och stort TV-utbud.

Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta fridfulla, bekvämliga boendet I området finns bra kommunikationer och närhet till butiker samt Jägersro Center. Busslinje 5 som tar er hela vägen in till Malmö Centrum (15-26 minuter). men även till Rosengård Tågstation (8 minuter) som tar er till Hylliestation och kända Emporia på 15 minuter och likaså till Malmö Centralstation på 17minuter. Trivsam lägenhet belägen i en idyllisk by ca 1 mil utanför Malmö. Nära till strövområdet Arriesjön och flera golfbanor. Hit tar man sig lättast med bil. Närmaste tågstation finns i V Ingelstad ca 4 km härifrån. Bussförbindelse dit och till Vellinge tätort,( endast vardagar och inte 16 juni -17 augusti.) Närbutik finns i närliggande Västra Ingelstad ca 3 km, större butik i Oxie ca 3 km. Billaddare för elbilar finns på boendet. Avgift för laddning betalas direkt till värden.

You will have access to the whole apartment with the kitchen and all its furniture which you can use. It’s also very close to Malmö’s central bus station and only 5 minutes from one of the city’s main squares, which is filled with restaurants and pubs.

The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the ground floor with a view and small patio. The rental part is separated from the rest of the property and with a newly renovated shower / toilet.
