Fresh and clean place. Included all the things a regular house would need, so we did not have to worry about toilet tissue, bath towels, or coffee cups and spoons! The beds were very comfy and cozy, the air conditioning worked very well, and the coffee machine was fun to play with and figure out- lol

This was such a peaceful and relaxing stay in an Idealic setting away from it all. I really enjoyed meeting Sharon and she was a very communicative host. The place was very clean and sweetly decorated. If you are looking for a place that really showcases the pastoral beauty of Arkansas, this is the spot.

Drove 12+ hours to enjoy this comfortable home. Besides the front stairs and back porch, very wheelchair accessible downstairs! So very clean, cute, quiet and private. and many thoughtful touches that came in handy. Amazing fall decor for Thanksgiving. Everything we needed in the kitchen! Beautiful outdoor space and basketball court, there was even a basketball! The industrial area doesn’t even matter because it is private and quiet and this home is so beautiful inside and out.

Always a pleasant experience. The serene backyard was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day .

My time at Peiting was exactly as I had hoped. A super cozy, very clean accommodation, with everything you need. Exactly as I imagined. Host Peiting is very quick to respond, and you feel very well looked after. There was a minor problem during my stay, which Peiting immediately fixed the same day. perfect! Amazing location and exactly as described. So much charm and character in this place. Great location to a few restaurants that are close enough to walk to.

Second time staying here and probably won’t be the last. Fantastic price for one night and area that matched the pictures to a tee. Hosts were always responsive and I didn’t have to wait long for a response, if I even had to wait at all. Shower had great pressure and made you not even want to get out. The bed nestled right in the middle of the room in front of a tv so you can watch all of your favorite shows. Definitely worth the trip.

Great stay!! Betty even let my friend and I come back to shower as we had completed a 13 mile race. So sweet!

This home is a joy to stay in! It is completely set up for a short or extended stay, the kitchen, bath, laundry and other rooms have all the essentials, plus games and puzzles for rainy days! Rosebud is located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything you could possibly want. The back yard is very large, safe and fully-fenced. The driveway is excellent and can fit several cars with ease. Check-in was smooth and we loved the rosebud theming throughout the home. Overall we had a wonderful and comfortable stay, and can certainly recommend this home and host highly!
