This place was such a quaint and cozy find! It had everything we needed and felt fully equipped for a comfortable stay. DD was incredibly accommodating—I reached out before arrival to ask if there was an umbrella due to the weather forecast, and she made sure one was available. She also responded immediately when I had trouble figuring out the shower, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, there was a sweet personal note along with some snacks—and she had even acknowledged the purpose of my stay in the note, which made it all feel that much more special. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. A funny surprise (and maybe a little TMI)—the toilet is a bidet, which I’d never used before. Just a heads-up: don’t stand in front of it if you’re not familiar with how it works! Although the rainy weather kept us from using the hot tub, it was awesome knowing it was there. And a small but magical moment—I spotted a mama and baby cardinal, something I’d never seen in person before.

The view was beautiful! The beds were super comfortable. Could have used a couple of extra large skillets in the kitchen. Other than that the house was beautiful and perfect! Would most definitely stay here again and recommend!

Perfect location to ride the Buckhorn OHV sxs trails. This Air BNB had the best stocked kitchen out of any that we have ever stayed! Clean, peaceful and homey.

Our stay was great! Loved the multiple seating areas & caught some nice fish in the pond.

Enjoyed our stay and time in Greenwood. Ft. Smith and all it has to offer is close enough and accessible. Hot tub was nice.

Kayla and her husband were awesome! I stayed from Oct thru January and it felt just like home. The house is great and the location is perfect. If I get transferred to this location again I will be trying to stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

Drove 12+ hours to enjoy this comfortable home. Besides the front stairs and back porch, very wheelchair accessible downstairs! So very clean, cute, quiet and private. and many thoughtful touches that came in handy. Amazing fall decor for Thanksgiving. Everything we needed in the kitchen! Beautiful outdoor space and basketball court, there was even a basketball! The industrial area doesn’t even matter because it is private and quiet and this home is so beautiful inside and out.

Host was vary helpful and responsive. Vary easy to walk to Garrison Ave. Great little place!

Diana & Team were great host and impressively responsive to questions. We felt safe and the other tenants/guest were extremely quite and friendly. I also enjoyed the restaurants that were in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

Great little place that had the comforts of home. Parking was easy once we confirmed we could park anywhere on the gravel area. Spot north of the house is a little tight for bigger vehicles. We were overall happy with the place and the host. Might recommend some bath soup for hands and shower. Check out was easy, and we kept the place just like we feel, at home. Thanks for sharing your place with a guy and his lovely bride!

Brian and Misty were top notch hosts. We loved our stay. It was very peaceful and beautiful. I loved how they brought the outdoors indoors. Brian was very responsive and answered any and all questions I asked. We would most definitely stay again in the future.

Awesome quiet spot!

Patricia’s place was absolutely amazing and beautiful- we felt welcomed with a note and a bottle of wine when we walked in! Beautiful location- be ready for dirt/gravel roads getting up there- but totally worth it for time in nature. Not too far from Devils Den State park and other attractions.

We felt right at home as soon as we checked in. We relaxed in front of a cozy outdoor firepit in the evening and was so peaceful surrounded by nature, it felt very secluded. Rusty and Terri were super proactive to make sure everything went well during out stay.

This is an A++ place to stay! It is so peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing! We loved it and hated to leave! KC brought us fresh chicken eggs! We had all the appliances and necessities we needed to fry them up and enjoy them! We walked around the land and enjoyed the beauty, and the animals...The goats were so adorable and they laid with the pigs, which was the cutest thing ever! The house was up to date and amazing! This place is a must for those looking for the best of everything! We cannot wait to come back!

This has been my favorite Air Bnb I’ve stayed in. It’s huge and has everything stocked so well!!! Brian is so friendly and helpful with absolutely anything you could ever need. With a large group you can’t beat this place. Has two kitchens and two bathrooms along with 5 bedrooms. It’s not far from Devils Den and is a pretty drive. We weren’t able to do much outside at the house due to rain but we will definitely be back to check that out as well!! Has a couple grills on site and plenty of outdoor seating. Can’t say enough great stuff about Brian and his place!!

To say Amber was the best host would be an understatement. This was truly the most underrated and most well put together Airbnb I've ever been to. From the warm welcome notes, the secluded/private home, details throughout the home.. the warm presence of peace and comfort home was so beautifully decorated with love. Amber went the extra mile with EVERY single amenity in the house. There were things we have missed bringing but my lanta they had us covered. If you were missing it, there were accommodations for you! Thank you so very much for hosting us and allowing us a place to stay while we escaped for our wedding weekend. We came engaged and left married! Again.. this was the best and most well done cabin I've ever done. 100% will be returning and have forwarded the listing to many of my friends and family. If you're having doubts... DO IT!! You will NOT regret it.
