This was the perfect little spot to land for a tournament my daughter was playing. It was cozy and had everything I needed. Even though it was a little chilly outside, I enjoyed sipping the complementary coffee provided out on the sunny deck. I would totally book again!

Had a great stay at the apartment in Boone. The place was immaculate and had everything as described. Some cute shops and decent restaurants within walking distance (and a great Dutch bakery). Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a unique, cute and affordable place in town.

Great place for us. Had essentials needed. Host was responsive with communication, check in easy. Iowa State University short and easy distance. Basement area is private and had its own bathroom. Close to Mucky Duck which had great food. Plan to be back. Craig

Staying here was so much more than we could have asked for. It was perfect for our family to relax and recharge. When there was a big storm, Terry was proactive in making sure we knew where we could go to be safe. We will definitely be trying to stay here again!

The apartment was immaculate and the decor was so fun! Host was incredibly friendly and helpful with my family research (the main reason for our visit). We will definitely be staying here every time we visit!

Jon’s place was just how he describes it. Very warm and inviting. Loved the high ceilings and use of space. Wish the donut place had been open because it’s an easy walk, but that’s not Jons fault. Cute downtown with a lot of options to walk. The apartment felt more like a big city space but still had the small town feel. Well done Jon.

Our second time staying while visiting our ISU student. A great option for families who want a quiet place to relax, cook, and hang out. A short walk to main street shops and restaurants.

this is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Great views in the country, close to town with responsive and friendly host. plenty of room for the whole family with everything you need. I recommend this place for anyone wishing to house their family foe any occasion.

Newly constructed home in Perry with large sitting area for a whole family and very nice bedrooms. The bed in the master bedroom was particularly comfortable. Nice big kitchen area and well stocked and very good amenities. Loved that they had a Christmas tree as it gave it a warm feeling. Very convenient to everything in Perry. Highly recommend this house to other families.

Was in town for a short work trip. Was perfect place for me and a few colleagues. Convenient location with easy access to everything.

This place is AMAZING! Gina is the most thoughtful host! She goes out of her way to care for her guests! The home is lovely with so many thoughtful touches! We will be staying here again when we are in Iowa!
